AMT Owner Andrew Maestas came to my dealership to discuss a phone system upgrade. He was extremely professional and informative in the presentation he gave me. He listened to the requests I had for the system and then made suggestions based on his expertise and experience. Andrew gave a quick turnaround and provided me with a quote that day. After the decision was made to move forward with the installation of the new system Andrew arranged for a two person crew to implement the new equipment. AMT Techs Alfred and Josh showed up on time and went right to work. They worked hard to seamlessly swap over the old system to the new one. Just as Andrew had done with his initial meeting Alfred and Josh continued the AM Telephone experience with professionalism and expertise. They completed the install in the time that was projected and they did a fantastic job. Everyone at AM Telephone treated us with great courtesy and helpfulness. Our company has used them for years and when our home system failed recently.,they were here quickly to first troubleshoot and then quote and install a replacement system. Andrew, Al, Josh and the lady on the phone were all great.

This company was excellent, came out to our location listen to our needs, executed immediately exactly what we wanted and everything was done in a timely, neat and orderly fashion.No problem with this service what so ever. Most definitely the worst customer service we have every experienced with a company, the lady who answers the phone is just plain rude. Anytime i call and ask for help or anything at all, Im treated as a burden and the lady usually responds with okay and hangs up. I never get call backs when they are promised, Ive been asking for a simple call back for 2 weeks nows, dont waste your time nor money going with this company!!!!!!

Our companys 16-year old phone system up and died one Wednesday morning. Yikes! How can we be open for business without phones?! AM Telephone, who serviced our old system for years, to the rescue. Team Al and Allen showed up within a couple of hours with a brand new system. Within a hour, had calls forwarded to one of our cell phones. By the end of the day, the entire system was installed, 16 phones and 95% programmed. They returned the next day first thing in the morning to finish programming/testing and training us. Incredibly swift, friendly and beyond helpful. Both guys had vast knowledge of the new system and were enthusiastic promoters of it. Their service was top-notch and were so grateful to have been able to call on them to get us up and running so quickly. Highly recommend them!
