The website says that they are open on Monday but we called and they said they were closed? To be on the safe side I showed up Tuesday right before 10 a.m. There was a sign that said they were closed for a staff meeting. I then went one block north on Broadway to UNICORE. They graciously met me before I entered the building and immediately gained a customer, where these other guys had a meeting.

No curb side pick up

Amazing walk up service, and very friendly staff on the outside. On the inside however, the staff was not as polite as I would hope for. They seem annoyed to have our business. But the gentleman who took our papers to the shredder was very nice. Will most likely do business here again soon, hope the people in the office are Lil bit nicer next time.

This company is always prompt when they pick up and the driver is always professional.

Our experience with Shed-it has always been positive.

Consider that we are located in a rural area it is difficult to get vendors to come out this way, but Shred-It company have been providing their services to us for several years and its great!

Staff doesnt function properly. Comes out for service when not scheduled. Staff members not consistent.
