Went to purchase a desk, and the employee Doyel was super helpful, even when we changed our mind about which desk we wanted to purchase. FYI some of the prices on their website were cheaper than what was shown in the store, and they price-match their own website. We were able to get a really nice desk for about half the original price because Doyel pointed this out to us.

This store had a very nice selection of office supplies. My daughter and I had a wonderful time shopping. They had something for the both of us. The supplies we purchased were just what we were looking for. Good times shopping at Office Depot!

Very unhappy with the Renaissance location. Will definitely take it to higher ups and will tell family and friends to change business accounts from office depot to another company. Peter and Todd were very respectful over the phone but did not meet them in person. They should teach their staff to display good customer service skills.

Wonderful experience. I had to drive from Santa Fe but it was well worth it. I had a bad experience at my local office depot but I still needed printing service. Since this is the only one here I had to drive to Albuquerque. The person behind the printing area (her name was Chrissy I believe) was very helpful and polite, they got busy as I was waiting for my prints to come out but she seemed to know what she was doing and was quick about it. Definitely coming back here even if it means driving 2 hours back and forth.

My fiancé and I received exceptional, quality of care and service during our most recent visit to this Office Depot location.We were in the process of updating our wedding event, an needed to get change of date cards printed for mailing. Chrissy assisted us and was very patient and skilled in bringing our vision for the change of date cards to life.

I got what I needed! Nice cashier and no complaints.

Dealing with the managers here is very stressful, they like to give a rub around disregarding people and their time. Not worth the time or money to go to this store

The lady behind the counter in the printing department (I believe her name is Felicia) was very courteous, helpful, polite, patient and professional. She turned a bad situation for me into an incredibly good one by fixing my picture prints for me. She did all of this while helping other customers as well. I am having a terrible experience with this company. I am very disappointed with the company and wish everyone would take notice of their very unsatisfactory customer service.I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator in March 2013 and also purchased a 3 year protection plan. From the first couple of months it produced a limited amount of ice. After about 26 months, it stopped producing ice completely.I called the warranty company on several occasions before they responded. They responded in October after 2 visits to the company premises and numerous phone calls. The first repair visit did not identify the problem. All attempts to get a second visit was like pulling teeth from a lions mouth. The repair company returned for a second visit a month later and identified a bad part which they had to order from Whirlpool. Numerous calls later to the company and the repair company, I was informed that the part would arrive in mid-January. The repair company did come out in January and replace the part. Lo and behold - it did not work.I am now in the process again to get the Whirlpool refrigerator repaired. The repair company is now saying that I cant schedule and must go through Office Depot. I have called and a supervisor is trying to reschedule the next repair.It has been a miserable, frustrating and terrible experience. I am disappointed in both the warranty company and Home Depot. I thought the purchase of a protection plan would make repairs easier but it appears that no money is involved so everyone is dragging their feet in the process.

The staff is always very helpful here. The store is clean and well stocked. I love the self-service photo copiers. They are very modern!

Its d best place to get school n office supplies. . .their office furniture collection is also of very good quality n affordable. . .the clearance section has good quality supplies at very lower prices

I thought they were having an off day, not being able to open a box and having to call a manager to take care of a basic customer request. But when the associate did his best to break a desk I had just bought by angrily shoving it into the back of my truck, this store seems to be staffed by angry, overworked incompetents.

Worst customer service ever... walked by two managers gossiping never offered to help me find what I needed. another female just walked no assistance either.. I walked around for a awhile... not ever a hello or anything. went to staples first person that saw me helped me... never going to this store again..if could give less than one star I would.

The lady in the printing section said I cant print anything with letters in the background..so I went nd fixed it...to where it was clear.. a clear stencil/image...asked her if I can print it now...still she said no...this woman is unbelievable...I highly think it was because of the color of my skin..I am native American and I was more than polite with her...

Biggest Office Depot in town, I walked in looking for VERY specific paper and Matt greeted me as I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and told me EXACTLY where it was! I was really impressed, my visit took less that 5 minutes!

Very friendly staff and their shipping service is great when you need to get something out but the Post Office has already closed.

Do not get your phone screen replaced here. I had the absolute worst service/ human to human experience of my entire life when I went to get my iPhone fixed here. They most of the way fixed the screen to the point where light still comes through the edges. In the process of trying to fix the phone they damaged my camera and I had to drive down to the location five times to get it get that fixed. Then, After all was supposed to be done, it turns out that now my battery doesnt work very well any more. My guess is they damaged something in the process of having to open my phone 10 plus times. They called me a liar and would not replace my battery. I tried to give them the opportunity to make things right but the customer experience manager and the assistant manager refused to own up to what happened and called me a liar several times. I ended up paying $100 for my phone to be worse off then I brought it in with, to get treated like less then a dollar bill, and a great lesson on how I want to treat people I come in contact with because I would never treat anyone they way I was treated.

Cashier was helpful and gave us a discount.

Day after tax free weekend store was chaotic. Whole isles were mostly barren with broken down boxes where they didnt belong. Seems clear regional management didnt think to provide sufficient work hours. This kind of bad planning and failure to foresee the need to recoup should be addressed at the level above regional administration.
