We used AA Events and Tents for tables, chairs, linens, and table settings for our small backyard wedding. They were awesome! Great selection, super helpful, everything was delivered and packed well. We were missing one of two things and they fixed the order right away and brought what we needed. They even let us add an extra table setting the day before the wedding. The tables looked stunning with everything put together! Lots of compliments.
Customer service was friendly and helpful. I would give five stars but the tables were in terrible condition my wife had to use double table cloths to cover them up and even cut her finger from a rough edge on one of the tables. Chairs were in a little bit better condition but not much some were missing screws and flimsy will probably go with someone else next time we need to rent.
We rented a tent, dance floor, table cloths, plates, silverware... the necessities for a wedding. We changed our order 3 times seamlessly, the staff was always pleasant and ensured we were getting what we needed. In fact, we received a call to check with us about the dance floor size. We had initially thought long and thin but hadnt really thought out the shape. We would have a runway instead of a dance floor. Their expertise & experience in checking the shape made for a perfect dancefloor. They even returned later to set the dance floor and promptly picked it up to ensure the lawn wouldnt be damaged. Everything was delivered clean and ready and timely to allow for set up. The delivery and tent set up staff were pleasant, professional, and communicated with us to make sure we were pleased. They even moved an extension cord after my suggestion. Overall, they were awesome to work with.
AA EVENTS & TENTS is the way to go!!! I was taken care of by Cara Morgan and she was absolutely awesome. She found a way to make our special day fit perfect to our budget. She was the best person to work with through the entire wedding planning experience. Each time I couldn’t catch her in person we were able to have a personable phone call or text. Her coworkers are also just as welcoming and are very supportive in helping each other out.The crew that came out to our wedding were fast, efficient and professional. Great guys!

Cara Morgan at AA events is the best! My husband and I got married last November 2020 and we used Caras services and everything went flawlessly. She was our point of contact for the whole day and days leading up to our wedding from doing a walk through at the Airbnb where we got married at to being there early in the morning to direct set up! She even came a day earlier to ensure the longer installations get done.Any stress that I had leading up to our special day Cara ensured and took care of it. This event company was responsible for all the decor, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and Italian lighting for a wedding I planned At the Rail Yards last week... My clients were very pleased and...everything was perfect!! I highly recommend them..they recently had a complete office staff change and the customer service is better than ever.
Oh my goodness...all we can say is excellence in regards to our experience with Jenny at AA tents! It was amazing how quickly the tents were set up and taken down. Dance floor and Jumper were in great shape. We would for sure use them again and highly recommend Jenny and AA tents for any of your future events...They were fantastic! I agree with some of the other lower reviews. I rented a tent and tables. The tables were old and had to be covered. Then wanted to rent me covers. They took a hundred dollars for deposit and when I returned tent told me they would give me my deposit back basically when they get a round it. They said when they have time they will check the tent I returned and will give me my money. I stated that was not acceptable, and was not informed before hand. Then one staff in office was nice enough to try and get it looked at. Also staff in Warehouse Great. But Company Has bad policies And Very Old Equipment!!! Company as a whole bad. Great warehouse staff
I will definitely use this service again in the future, Michelle and her team were wonderful. Had to cancel my daughters wedding twice. They were very supportive and understanding. Covid19 has been a nightmare for everyone.

Using AA tents and working with Jenny was a pleasure and made our sons wedding not only beautiful but took away so many worries with their professionalism. I must have changed my order so many times and Jenny was patient and kind and always on top of everything. I would highly recommend her and this company for any event and plan to use them in the future.

Run run run. Do not give this company a deposit they will keep it and give you a sob story that they have no money to refund it despite not being able to provide the services. Very unethical company and they should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples hard earned money. Shame shame shame. I do not understand how people like this sleep at night.
I called in last minute spoke to Katrina, I needed 8 tables and 40 chairs. This was for a party the day after my wedding. She was very helpful and professional. I was a bit stressed and she made this extremely pain free. Within 10 minutes I had my confirmation, booked and ready to go. The price was the best in town and the staff from beginning to end were very friendly. I recommend AA Events and Tents. They they will always be my go to place when in need of any type of rental. Called and placed an order for a dance floor for my WEDDING. Paid, took the money out and I never received a confirmation email. Called back twice to ask for a confirmation email (I kept a binder with everything we rented) and still never received an email. Okay whatever. Day of the wedding, 1 hour before the reception, I get a call from my day of coordinator confirming we rented a dance floor. I said yes. She said it was never delivered. My mother-in-law called AA Tents and they said we never booked/rented a dance floor. ???? Asks for the confirmation number (in email) and we explained that I tried calling twice for an email and they never sent me one but told them I have the charge on my credit card. Finally after 30 minutes of arguing with them, we tell them we will call after the wedding a get a refund. 10 minutes after that, a worker calls and says they found our order but it was do the wrong date (they had it scheduled 20 days earlier than my actual wedding date)??!!!?! Do not trust them with your important events, especially your wedding!!!

Not that great. Looks good, nice set ups and plenty to rent but beware of frivolous hidden fees, and clean up charges. They will try to charge you for something on their equipment that was already there.
Exceptional customer service! Carol and Eric were amazing! I will continue to use this company for all my event needs! I needed to get a tent that required permits, and they were so helpful. They made the process painless. Installation was a breeze and the crew was friendly, accommodating, and professional.
The pick-up and drop off process was pretty painless. Affordable and nice customer service. 3 out of 18 chairs were not the right color, but it all worked out in the end.
Updated 9.27.19:Ive worked with these guys more over the last three months (since my last Google review) and EUNICE, SONIA, and BRIAN, are awesome reps who help the ordering and selection process from start to even day of the event. Never any issues with permits or anything but there has been a couple times the pick up or delivery was off (reason I cant give full 5 stars, and reason for the downgrade in stars).LUIS and his crew is ALWAYS super helpful for installation and strike regardless of any misinformation from the front end.--------------Great service from ordering all the way through returns. They have so much stuff! Id consider using them again
Horrible customer service. Received 2 different quotes and the 2 people we dealt with simply didnt care. Reasonable prices, however in this case, it would have benefited us to pay a little more for great customer service. When my daughter went in to pay her final payment (we rented 200 chairs for her wedding) she was ignored for about 5 minutes before someone helped her. They realized they doubled booked for her wedding day and the young lady asked a man named Brian to help and he said, what do you want me to do about it. Unfortunately for us, it was too late to get another vendor in that short notice. Day of event, chairs were late to be delivered and late to be picked up. When we called to ask where they were, Brian told us, Sorry, youre not the only wedding today. Would never recommend this company!
Called for 6 Chairs and 1 Table. On Tuesday two days before Thanksgiving i was going on Wednesday too pick up they were closed never told they were closing on Wednesday that ruined my seating for my dinner wont recommend for rentals;
I am so overly pleased with this company! I called in a few months ago to reserve items for my wedding. All the sales associates were very nice and eager to help with any of my concerns. Gaby even went over and beyond to teach me how to do napkin folds for my tables. The delivery crew was great and so was the customer service. Over all a great experience. I highly recommend them!

Worst customer service when you arrive, African- American man in the office doesnt greet and has a bad attitude towards customers like hes doing us a favor by being present. Had zero customer service skills, both during pick up and drop off, cant say the same for the individuals taking orders over the phone or the gentlemen in the bay areas helping with the loading they all were friendly and helpful. The man in the office is giving your business a bad name and bad taste in peoples mouths, I was not the only customer that was treated this way there was another women who was also basically ignored when she went in for a pickup.

My wife and I used Garcias tent rentals for tables, chairs, and linens for our wedding. On the day these items were supposed to arrive, we requested delivery between 8am - 12pm and were told this would not be a problem. After setting everything else up at our venue we realized it was 1pm and the table, chairs, and linens had not been delivered. We called Garcias Tents and were informed they would be arriving shortly. The items were not delivered until after 4pm, which left us little time to set up before the rehearsal dinner. We were also under the impression that the tables and chairs would be set up upon arrival, especially after the late arrival. This was not the case and we were informed an additional fee would have to be paid for setup.After having rehearsal dinner guests assist with the setup, we immediately noticed the table cloths and tables were in poor shape. The linens were stained and some had dirt on them, while the tables and chairs were flimsy.Overall our experience with Garcias tents was less than desirable. The customer service was poor as well as the quality of their products.We will be sure to advise future wedding couples, friends, and family to look elsewhere for rental services.
We paid for something, then was told it was not available. They ended up delivering one to our location, but it was dirty, stained, and faded. They get three stars because the manager went above and beyond to get what we needed and had it delivered free of charge.
Loved it. I wont get my tent rental needs anywhere else.
We used AA Events for our wedding dance floor. They are reasonably priced, pleasant to work with, and met all timing expectation. Wed definitely recommend them!

This company has had a major facelift. The new linens and fabrics are amazing. The party planners give one on one attention. Wonderful experience all around.
The prices were good. However, it was very difficult working with Garcias Tents. It took a long time and a lot of emails, calls and visits to figure out what equipment they had for us to use. We ordered a PA system and when it arrived one speaker and the microphone did not work. Also, the pick up drivers were difficult to work with and did not follow the instructions that we had left when placing our order.
Wow- after weeks of trying to get a quote, the exceptionally rude staff decided that I should know everything I need to know from a pamphlet with information they had already told me was wrong. They expected me to know everything about their products and were difficult to work with. Im using Albuquerque tents!

This rental place has so many options both affordable and very prciey ranging from tent prices of $200 to $2000, but the older lady we spoke with was not nice or helpful and seemed like it was an issue that we were looking for tents.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered chairs and tables for a graduation party for my son. Unfortunately we had an illness in the family and had to reschedule the party. Originally I had planned to use them again when we rescheduled the party but after three phone calls and 6 weeks later, I still have not received ANY reimbursement. Every time I call, I am told that they will have to speak with the accountant and call me back. I have yet to receive my money back or even a phone call explaining why. They just give you the run around. Not impressed at all.

One day they tell us the items we need are available and that they can be delivered on a Sunday for a fee, the next day they say they dont do Sunday deliveries and have nothing in stock; plus,, they were rude about the fact that we seemed confused by their total 180!!! Additionally, they claim to be open weekdays until 5 yet, four different attempts to reach sales on a Thursday between 3:30 and 4:30 p.m.went unanswered, with no voicemail. Just not a present, professional or helpful company. Will never do business with them.
The customer service here is terrible, I rented 2 chair covers for diner en blanc for $5 each per day. The girl told me to return them the next day before 5 to avoid a second day charge. I ended up forgetting all about them and was able to go back and return the items on Tuesday AT 3:45. I knew I was late and it was my fault so I had no problem paying for for the extra days of Friday and Monday. The older redhead woman told me I was going to be charged for Tuesday as well as it was end of day, I tried to explain to her that I was told it would not charge as long as it was before 5. She got an attitude immediately with me and aggressively asks me WHO TOLD YOU THAT, I explained that it was the younger blonde girl (who was actually very nice) and she started to argue with me. Now obviously Im not going to sit there and argue over $10, I have better things to do with my time, but any person who does successful business would have not thought twice about overriding that petty charge in order to provide a great customer experience, it was not the $10 that bothered me, it was her attitude and approach that was so appalling. I rent from them every 4th of July and Thanksgiving but I will never go back there. Hope they enjoy that $10, I wont miss it and I wont miss them.

Ladies in the front are super rude! They expect you to know everything. They are not helpul at all! I think the only lady that went above the rest in helping me out was cristy. So if you call garcia tents i would higly recoment you talk to her. Every other one will be rude!
