Within minutes Denise identified everything I was looking for and took me to an item Ive read about before but really helped me understand how it fit everything I was looking for as far as features. I am in love with what she recommended and I would have passed it up if it werent for her. Arianna was amazing helping me find shoes, I always have issues finding pleasers in my size. She took notes and gave me options, finding me something in my size I actually love. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size i needed, but they did have the pleaser adore 2043 boots with buckles In the size I wanted. Ended up buying them . I also bought the Starline Costumes Plaid School Girl Skirt in blue. I have been in this store a few times since it has opened.. the 1st time I was a little disappointed (not because of the service) but because I bought a product and as soon as I opened it at home there was a tear in it. Went to see if they would exchange it (seeing as how I didnt use it) but they wouldnt... I understand most novelties are non refundable, but I wouldve been happy with the exact same thing. Aside from that however 2 out of the 3 times the service has been great... The same associate (Kat I believe her name was) has helped me both times. Not only did she direct me to the area I needed to be, she also walked me there as well as introduce new products to me and even gave here advice and opinion on certain brands. She was also SUPER nice! Store is always clean, bright and well organized. I shall return 🙂
