DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. I have rented for 3+ years from them without a issue and always pleased except this time. To start I understand that COVID is affecting everything right now, but my experience has no excuse. If they are affected they should not accept reservations for the time being. My delivery was late by an hour, all kids for the birthday party were already there waiting. When they finally arrived they did not bring the air pump to inflate the slide, so they left and did not return for an hour more to have it fully set up. When it got set up and the kids started playing, it had holes all over constantly loosing air making it impossible to use. The whole day was pointless and was ruined due to all these factors, thanks to Loco Jumps. When I spoke to the owner he was insulted and not very re-assuring that they will make it right stating he “runs many business and he knows what he is doing”. After many phone calls with management and owner not once did anybody come out to the party to try and make it right, and the delivery folks were very kind and apologetic stating they know what we as customers are going through, but management/owner takes no action to resolve. Also they didn’t pick up the slide until 9pm, very inconvenient. I will never rent from them again nor will I ever recommend such a horrible experience to anyone.In response to the business reply. I the son is Andres. Yes I was understanding and tried to work with them just as they say bellow. But I still stand by this review and never recommend this business to anybody. I am in customer service and know this is no way to treat a customer and sad they have to reply to a review defending their faults. This proves they were in the wrong and did not do anything to make it better. Anyone can issue a refund, let’s see how they adapt from this review for future customers. My father was not hostile to the owner or management, I as a witness can attest to this. He simply demanding to make it right. If this is the case the business should prove this since calls are recorded? So again PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. If you do don’t say you weren’t warned.

Excellent company. They are very professional, friendly, prompt, quick and no hidden fees. They showed up early because of the amount of setups they had in order to avoid being late. Setup was very fast and they made sure it was safe as well. Take down was just as quick and prompt. Very happy and will definitely use again.

You will get great customer service! The team that delivered and picked up the waterslide were awesome. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful when I needed to change the jumper I rented. Were very satisfied!

I have used Loco Jumps for two years in a row to supply inflatables for our kids area at a large non-profit walk. Both years they came on time, explained how to use all equipment supplied and tore down at the exact time requested. They equipment was in good shape and was highly enjoyable by our participants and invitees. We will use them again each year from now on.

Love their customer service! Great team working here. Everyone is so nice! Great selection! I know there are other companies out there that may have better price but Ill stick with Locojumps cause they are very reliable, very professional, always on time or even early for their delivery/setup. The two gentlemen who put it up and took it down were so nice and courteous, nice to do business with such respectful young men.They cleaned it so well once they put it up, it was a great quality jumper, our kids had a blast!!!I would rent from them again and again!HIGHLY recommended!!!!

My son wanted a jumper for his birthday.I dident know what to do. But then I called my friend and she said Loco jumps was the place to call. So I called loco jumps they were here in ten mins and the two guys put a tarp down because we had a water slide and they were helpful when we couldent five a outlet so thank you and I will Business with Loco Jumps again!
