Super nice ladies. Great experience. But they dont have any lights to cure the polish to set. I got home and they were still wet an hour later! If they didnt smear, it would have been 5 stars. She did my eyebrows very good too!

When we walked in they greeted us and was friendly the lady who helped us was very helpful. She was able to take me in as a walk in, she asked what nails I wanted so I showed her the picture and she was able to do it. Overall I loved the nails and they way they came out!

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would!! FIRST of all, the lady doing the bare minimum on my toes (solid blue gel nails) made my toes look extremely clumpy and didn’t even get my whole nail. SECOND of all, I had a soak off, lasted me an hour and a half!! And she didn’t check on me not once, I had to finish scratching off the rest the soak off myself (didn’t even notice I was doing it by the way). She was too busy taking other clients and vacuuming everywhere, not only that she started vacuuming underneath me and moved me around like an object, extremely unprofessional. Didn’t even ask if it was okay, no eye contact, didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I was so turned off by the fact that I didn’t want any further service with this lady. My friend also noticed there was leftover nails from another client on her ladies table and she just wiped it off with her hands and didn’t even sanitise, not to mention her nails came out clumpy as well! We had to go home and finish them ourselves. I can’t make this up!! Definitely do not recommend, just trying to save my girls out there✨

The monomer they sell is MMA not EMA. They’re bottle states no MMA so I bought it and the soak off was not pretty at all. They probably use that in the salon as well

Always great care with customers, all the spa chairs are new and have full massage capability. Shields are there for health safety. highly recommend.

I have been going to Senly since I was a teenager. However, I’m giving 2 stars because I went in to get a new set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was actually very simple. She tried to do them and They looked terrible. I’m very easy going so I asked her if she could please fix them. She got mad and said they will never look exactly the same. So she started cutting my nails off and she even cut my finger in the process. She even tried to leave glue on my nails. So I politely asked her to take the glue off. Terrible service I’m very disappointed.

I enjoy this nail salon! Sue is a sweetheart, Lynn does great nails, and Tina is very creative. You really cant go wrong, except other places have more up-to-date nail art options, but for a classic look, and plenty of gel colors to choose from, this is a very nice place.

Get my nails done here for the last 2 years and they last exactly a month before needing a rebase!

They were really horrible to me demanded a tip and had a older man who couldn’t do nails well doing my nails I had to have 2 people do my nails horrible service and will never be going again.

By far the worst nail job I ever got. Day one a nail broke,the clear gloss started chipping off. Day 4 another nail broke so I went back and fixed it again and the women charged me for the one nail and the gloss. Now its been a week and one nail been hurting me. Im thinking its infected now. Gonna take them off just to be sure. Be careful who you go to this place might not clean their equipment. Ill never go back or EVER recommend this place. Cheap quality. Very dissatisfied customer. Warning DONT SPEND YOUR $$$$$$ or your TIME

The place where you find anything for your nails all the decorations that you need coming in for some Christmas decorations I found them this doesnt carry a name brand but it does the work really good I use this product all the time and it works great

I’ve gone to a few different ladies at this location and they all left my nails looking like a kindergartner did them. Very unprofessional. Expensive, ugly, and sloppy. Never have I ever been so disappointed. I will never go back to Senly nails. I left them a nice tip only because they were nice but they truly didn’t deserve it for their work.

Great place to get your nails done, wax, or pedicure. Xiu is the best. She does an amazing job and always makes my nails look fabulous. They all are great if you go to someone else. Xiu is the lady I always choose. Thank you Senly Beauty Center.

I dont go for the services as I do my own but they sell everything you could possibly need to do your own acrylics and gel polish sets. The prices are great as well. Definitely will return!

My Girlfriend went to get her nails done at this place after hearing how great the service is.... Unfortunately, we did not have that experience. The service was terrible, they didnt make her nails look nice at all. They chipped one of her nails, no filing, the nail polish was messy, it covered maybe 2/3 of the nail, you could see through it and they didnt trim her cuticles nice at all. My girlfriend told them that she wasnt happy with it and they told her Thats how salons do it while handing my girlfriend her bag to leave instead of trying to fix it. On top of it all, they were rude on the phone and did not want to let me speak to someone in charge. Trust me, we are not the type of people to just complain over dumb things. But we just dont tolerate that type of service. Shes been to other salons around Albuquerque and this was by far the worst experience. I dont recommend going here, save yourself the trip and the money. Honestly, youre better off getting better service elsewhere.

They are a nail salon as well as a nail supply establishment. You do not need a license. They have a amazing variety of nail products. Anything and everything you would need to do nails they have it.

Kathy is a great nail tech, very fast and makes sure you are happy. I will only go to get them done by here. Very nice staff.

Went in for a mani pedi -During the pedicure the girl cut my toes 3 times - the sting of the water made it really apparent what she had done but she tried to cover it up. I am now working on clearing a very painful infection.Then the owner called for one of the ladies to do my manicure, I sat down at her station and she immediately started cutting my nails down to the nail bed. Trying to get her attention she just kept talking on her phone. When I tried to pull my hand away she tightened her hold on my hand. Finally got her attention and she responded with “Oh I thought you wanted a new set”. I have been working really hard to stop biting my nails and that quick it was gone. She said she would do the new set and charge me for a manicure, which was a lie.They overcharge, their staff is ill trained and their tools are not cleaned appropriately leading to infections.STAY AWAY!

This place is a joke. Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The lady who did my nails basically only filed them and then slapped some gel on them while missing spots and painting my cuticles! She could tell I was not happy and I asked if she could please redo a nail where she only half painted it she then whiped it completely off with a paper towel and then threw it on the ground and grunted at me as if I was so obnoxious for actually wanting it done right. She then grabbed my hand and broke my ring finger nail open and didn’t even fix it! At the end she said “you can go” and I got the hell out of there after paying and wasting my money! The place is a dump! DONT WASTE YOUR time. A 3 year old could’ve done a better job then that old lady.

Service was terrible! I had at least two acrylic nails put on crooked! The tech was rough & cut me while filing. I wasnt the only one, my daughter & my daughter in-law were very unhappy with their nails as well! On the plus side they have alot of supplies but check the expiration dates!

I was there in July for a pedicure and gel nail treatment. I was happy with my pedicure but the nail technician did a sloppy job with the gel nail treatment. The tip I left was not 20% or higher and was certainly my last visit.
