Some staff go over and beyond with good service. Others will send you on a wild goose chase. Could not find an item on my list and will have to find it elsewhere.

Poor installation/remodel services. We ordered a kitchen/bathroom remodel with new cabinets and tile floors, and it took months to get installed, and we had to fight with the local store management and corporate services to get it finished. The cabinets were finally installed, and the team did a good job, but the flooring was horrible. The tile installer only showed up for about 4 hours a day, if he showed up at all. We spent time off from work and weekends waiting for someone to show up and they never did. The tile installer got grout in the trim of the new cabinets and on the bathroom walls. He made a huge mess in our driveway with the grout residue and did not clean up the mess. We were supposed to have spare tile and baseboard pieces in case of future repairs and we received no spares. Highly disappointed. We were not able to use our kitchen for almost 2 months due to delays and poor scheduling. Will hire a general contractor or go to Home Depot next time.

Great location! This store is huge with a wide selection of products. Ive always managed to find what Im looking for. Sometimes you have to ask around. But I cant blame anyone on the staff for not memorizing the gigantic amount of stock here. So keep looking. Its in here somewhere.

I came to Lowe’s to purchase numerous items. There are absolutely no cashiers and no one on the floor to help. The line was 15 people long doing self check out.I cannot believe the lack of employees they had. I saw three total employees while I was there searching for things so I just left. Home Depot is right around the corner so I headed over there. That’s where all the employees are! Home Depot had so many employees to help their customers. I won’t be shopping at Lowe’s anymore!

Everything was great today....except when we we got to checkout in the outdoor gardening dept. There were 2 cashiers, but one side (the line I was in) was held up waiting for a Manager override. Everyone in that line moved into the other, which made for a longer wait.The upside ....the gorgeous perennials we found! This store had a great variety.

Nothing wrong with this store but when you call to avoid driving to the store you get people with little to no knowledge of what they carry its a little annoying. On this visit I called several times (no answer) We were out and about looking for particular things. So trying to call to avoid driving to several stores, i was still on the phone letting it ring. By this time we made it to the store(lowes) walked in while still on the phone( phone still ringing) witnessing one gentleman helping a customer but two others putting something on a shelf refusing to answer the phone. Im still on the phone curious as to why the phone was not being answered. Conclusion, no reason and once standing there it still took a while for us to be noticed and helped. Someone not there at the time amongst the 3 people came along to help. Oh and dont blame this on pandemic and lack of staff because there were several people through out the store (not busy) talking. Get it together!

Lowe’s used to be my favorite store. I’d come and plant or future projects, to do during the next layoff in my cyclical industry. I’ve spent thousands and thousands at this Lowe’s in Albuquerque in two years. Now, they’re getting as low class as Walmart, with 10-12” security screens that flash at me as I shop.Time to start taking the time to find smaller stores that might be more respectful of regular customers, and also support local families more...

After a month of calling for a delivery date for something that was suppose to be here in 1 week I canceled and went to conns. Not only were they cheaper than lowes but they were delivered 2 days later. The employees at lowes were rude and couldnt he bothered to do their jobs when I was asking them where my appliances were and to cancel the order. Never again will I order anything from lowes!

Unless and until the $1.50 hot dog comes back with all condiments available for customer application, the pandemic cannot be considered as in the rear view mirror. The hot dig without condiments is a travesty

I went to Lowes today. I asked about an item that I was looking for and was given the location by a female employee. I did have to wait in line a period of time because there werent too many check lanes open. The overall experience was good and I would return again based on this experience.

My wife and I needed window locks and couldnt find them. The few employees that were working ignored us and went the other way when they saw us approaching. Very bad experience and we hope that it gets better. We ended up going to Home Depot and ordering the rest of the things that we were looking for, from Amazon.

Well stocked and good prices. But they have a couple of deficiencies. They need to open the outside entrance to the gardening and nursery area so you dont have to drag bags of mulch through the store. Also, they only had one live checker. Thats just poor planning.

I had the most uncomfortable interaction with an employee who harassed and berated me, trying to cause a scene, for no reason. Absolutely uncalled for and extremely out of line! Melissa was her name. So we waited to speak for a manager in the store for about 15 minutes. After the cashier called three times for a manager, she told us to go to customer service, where there happened to be a manager present. We waited for her to finish woth the customer she was helping and then approached the counter, at which point she began to walk off and as we said, Excuse me, just walked off! So we called the corporate number because what we had experienced was SO out of line and uncalled for and confrontational. We were assured that a manager would reach out to us... Three weeks later WE reached out AGAIN and were told that, AGAIN, we would be reached out to... NOTHING. I will never spend a dime in a Lowes again. Much less this particular location. I have spent every dime of money towards home repairs at Lowes for the last 15 years. No more. Terrible, TERRIBLE service and I would never recommend it.

March 10, 2021 Purchased Universal Bath Bench seat item 806091. It was in a box that had been re-taped but it was the only one available. Upon taking it home and starting assembly, we discovered smeared feces all over the underneath area. Disgustingly deliberate. We returned it that afternoon. But Mr. Nat Hernandez, manager, should be made aware of this item being restocked without proper inspection on its condition. I informed Darrell at the return desk of the feces and asked for the manager. After a considerable time, I just accepted the return receipt and left. Warning: dont buy a restocked, re-taped item without thoroughly checking it over before you leave this store.

I cant really say this was any different than usual. I like this store in particular only because its close by. They usually have everything I need. I also like the ability to use my military discount in self checkout using my lowes card. I scan the code, and then check out. They say you ca t do a military discount in self checkout, but IF YOU HAVE THE FREE Lowes card, youre good to go. I guess overall I just like the convenience.

Lowes has been cashing in big time during the pandemic. There were many employees busy everywhere, but it was difficult to stop one to get help locating items.This store is expensive, but convenient, and usually have 95% of what you need.

Such knowledgeable staff. I purchased a new washer and was thoroughly informed by the appliance guys. Had to go to customer service after the fact for tax exempt refund and they were super friendly and helpful as well. Great location for sure!

Improved over previous visits. Had stopped going. Today easily found employee to assist with finding items and answer questions. Upon checkout had live person who was quite friendly. Only slight complaint would be that I wish they would have mentioned discounts/coupons, as a vet I would have been able to receive a discount which would have saved over $5 this purchase.

Can you rate it 0? I purchased my items including a cellphone charger and paid cash at 5 pm. Went to my car opened the charger. It didnt fit. Walked back to the store and stood in line at returns. When it became my turn first the clerk said the charger wasnt on the receipt. Then she said I had already returned it. Then I pointed out I had just bought it. She said it was done all the time, returning something twice! Twenty people behind me are watching me be accused of trying to steal a 7 dollar charger. She called for a manager. I told her to keep it. On my way out I decided to call for a manager. Due to it being their dinner time I waited 20 minutes. The manager ended up being the one at returns. She finally came over. Offered a refund by card. I could not even get back the cash I gave them 40 minutes earlier. Worst experience ever!

This Lowes has a really nice garden section that I could just hang out in for hours. The signage for the aisles could be better for way finding. But they are well stocked and the staff after really nice.

Alliances Deparment has the best help ever seen . This girls ANGEL was the best . We bought the washer and drayer we completely happy with this girl.. Angel do not speak Spanish but she was try to understand and figure out speak with my huspend . I’m speak English but not him . I usually go to Lowes because of their good customer service. That was not the case yesterday. I was in the flooring section looking to finalize a carpet installation. An older lady employee was around and started to walk towards us. I stopped her to ask her if she worked that department and before I could even finish, she interrupted me by saying that I was going to have to go ask someone else. Not, this isnt my department. Not, let me get someone to help you.So there were 2 people walking towards flooring which i know she works at that department said Im busy now, just go get Andre . Then I think hes the store manager finally got us some help, then the same girl that said she was busy came back and said the other girl is loading so i guess Im going to help you. Heather showed up was pleasant but didnt even check if the item was in stock which it was.... this is not the way to deal with a customer. It was a pretty disappointing.

Shopped in the garden center and got exactly what I needed. Was in and out quickly.

I ordered something to be picked up saying get up same day I went all the way from the North I went all the way from the northeast heights to the store on 528 Is there they informed me that my order was canceled without without my permission or them calling me is an or them calling me and they didnt have any instalk even though it said me and stalk even though it said they did online. For a big box store, they have pretty much everything you need. Well organized, but the sheer size makes things hard to find. Locate anything on the website and it gives you aisle and bin numbers.

I know that its a new season, however, I had to wait quite awhile before I could find someone to help with my questions. None of your newer plants, i.e, geraniums had pricing in them, signs were misleading, i.e, stated pots of flowers sold by the flat only. Got clarification on my questions but would have liked to not have waited so long.

I went to the gardening department and was thrilled to see such a variety of plants.

Waited 30 minutes for assistance despite 2 different employees telling me they were getting someone. And the person who came (after I called the store and said Im waiting for help in aisle 9 had no specialized knowledge to solve my problem. Not good.

I bought a Kobalt 60 gallon compressor in December. I had some problems with it. It said on the compressor not bring back to the store. Kobalt customer service gave me the run around and did not returning calls on what to do. I brought the 400 lb compressor back to Lowes at 3500 NM-528 and talk to Victor the store manager. He helped me out to get a new compressor. Many thanks for the good customer service.

Friendly loaders. Cashiers were either having a bad day or just dont like people. It took 4 people 30 minutes to check out near the lumber doors- while one cashier stood around behind her register not open. Usually I shop Candelaria & Juan Tabo because it is my area Lowes but had an online order that was only in stock at 528. I had to rent a uhaul truck to pick up the lumber ordered- next time I will pay the delivery fee because it would have been cheaper and less of a hassle for the girl to check out the safety gloves I forgot to add to on-line order. I love Lowes and could spend hours in the store one star removed for check out experience.

When you go to purchase a new washer and order it,pay for it and go to get it and no washer. So another another store had one and the same store again . 3 different stores people in the paint departments just didnt want to help with my predicament

I usually go to Lowes because of their good customer service. That was not the case yesterday. I was in the outdoor section looking for some peat moss. An older gentleman was locking up an outside gate and started to walk right by me. I stopped him to ask a simple question, and before I could even finish, he interrupted me by saying that I was going to have to go ask someone else. Not, this isnt my department. Not, let me get someone to help you. I work in customer service, and this is not the way to deal with a customer. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

Two self-checkouts only with 10 people. Line was not going. Felt like a Walmart.

After unsuccessfully looking for the volcanic mineral called Perlite, I asked an employee where it was. He told me that it was close to the entrance. Never found it after looking for it for another 20 minutes. Even if I had, I was si tired of running around in circles that I would have left it after seeing a line if about 15 people with only one cashier open.

I feel a great deal of empathy for the employees here at this store. They are trying to be safe during the covid crisis but it seems like the great majority of the customers are not cooperating with the safety protocols. It must be very challenging to work here and go home wondering if you did all you could to be safe. These employees deserve a higher pay rate, one thats permanent.

I placed a large order online last week to be delivered today. After calling to find out an ETA we are told the driver called out and we are not getting our delivery. Only one driver? What a joke. Order canceled, Home Depot has our business now.

Great place to get tons of DIY stuff. Only 4 stars because HDepot carries similar things but different brands that you may actually want. Pricing is similar between the two, but not as many power tool options like at HD. Nevertheless, good experience and pretty good inventory.
