As a woman I can never get help. Worst customer service ever. Working men can see me struggling to load a heavy item and walk by intentionally not making eye contact or completely ignored the fact someone (me) needed help! Stock and inventory is always wrong! Can’t wait till my home project is complete so I can cancel my credit card and shop elsewhere. True story!

The Tool Rental associate was very rude. Home Depot clearly does not value customer service.

I called for pricing on rental tools and the guy on the phone was very unhelpful, in a hurry, and he clearly felt that talking to me was an inconvenience for him. Sorry to trouble you so much with my business!

Sucked over charge never again

Tool rental for 4 hours started at 9:40 and was told that I would have to get it back@ 9 AM that is not 4 hours in my book.

They had what I needed but pricing was hard to get
