Just putting this out there for anyone needing tree service.I had a few trees removed yesterday from these guys yesterday and i have to say that they had done an outstanding job. Travis and his team did a great job on our front yard. They helped us re-design the look of the yard to increase our curb appeal, put in low maintenance plants, and upgraded our irrigation to a drip system. Several neighbors told us how much they like our new yard! Im already doing less yard work and enjoying our yard this year.

Week 1 - initial visit was great. Travis seems like a very nice person. Said we would have an estimate in 2 weeks.Week 3 - no estimate. No communication. didn’t return our attempts to contact.Week 4 - finally contacted. Travis told us we should have gotten the estimate via email. We didn’t. He said he would share via cloud method. Nothing. He could have even snapped a pic and texted for all we cared. Nothing.Week 5 - no communication. Couldn’t reach him.Week 6 - reached him again. Same. exact. story. Now it’s sounding like BS.Week 7 - As much as we wanted to work with Travis, we had to give up on him.At best, Travis is disorganized and a very poor communicator. At worst, we felt led on by Travis for weeks. Very discouraging and frustrating experience.

We are so excited to work with Travis. After an initial misunderstanding, he has went above and beyond to make things right and has proven to be a true professional in every way. I really appreciated his attention to detail, his follow up phone calls and his drawing and landscape design ideas for our property are truly amazing!

Travis was professional, responsive, and prompt. I had 5 other companies (including some rather large ones) come give me estimates on my property and never heard back from most! Travis, on the other hand, gave me the quote quickly and the price was reasonable. Once I agreed to move forward they began with the work straightaway. The words fantastic, amazing, great, and excellent have all been used in reviews for ExtraScapes, so I will try to use some different words to explain how completely happy I am with the work Travis and his team have done so far. First, I had 4 companies ‘competing’ for my front yard renovation. Travis was the only one who listened to what I had to say, asked the right questions and remembered that the one thing I did not want was a ‘riverbed runs through it’ theme. He was the only one that had a truly innovative design that included all the components I asked for and did not have anything I said I did not want! When I saw his first design (he was the only one that sent a design before a price) I was blown away by the detail and precision of the design along with the fact that he got my vision so perfect and was so easy to work with tweaking the design slightly. Then came the scary part – I just knew this was going to be way more expensive than the other proposals I received - but I had to ask. Surprise – it was right in line with them. Once I signed on, they got to work within a couple of weeks which fit my schedule. The team that came out were all so professional and friendly. Travis was on top of the work every day. The job was done exactly to plan and on schedule as promised. I absolutely love my new front yard and so do my neighbors. It is so stunning I must go out and look at it every morning just to be sure it was not a dream. You can use the other guys and take your chances, or you can use ExtraScapes and get exactly what you asked for. I already have Travis working on my phase 2 and 3 designs for my back and side yards. No one else gets to work on my landscape if Travis is around. I recommend him over everyone else!

Thank you, Travis and your outstanding crew! We had a simple cement slab put in for a hot tub. Ive seen some contractors put these small jobs on the back-burner to go after bigger ones. Travis responded immediately and had a crew out putting it in within a few days. His crew was professional and very friendly. They actually stayed around for about 2.5 extra hours to make sure the concrete was setting correctly. And, I felt the price for the job was very reasonable. I would recommend ExtraScapes to anyone looking for landscape/hardscape work... Id definitely use them again!

I found Extrascapes online when I was looking for someone to repair my drip system. I filled out the form on their website and received a call from Travis, the owner, within 5 minutes. He set up an appointment to come out and assess the system. Yesterday, he came out with his associate and repaired 5 leaks, plus they checked out the whole system completely, making additional adjustments. They were courteous, very fairly priced, and professional and even cleaned up the pine cones under my pinon. I would very highly recommend them. What a positive experience!

Looks like they do good work but they didnt come through for me. Poor communicators at best or dishonest at worst. Maybe the home lawn job wasnt big enough for them which explains the lack of response after coming by. They could have just told me this rather them come by and then string me along for months.

I hired Travis for a large job with many different features. His proposal was reasonably priced and the bid included a graphic layout. This work was done in early May (peak season for landscapers) but they worked extra hard to get everything completed quickly. There were a couple of mistakes made (understandable for a job this size), but the important part is that Travis made it all right in the end.

Travis presented us with great ideas he was easy to work with as we adjusted our choices. He provided samples so we could make better decisions. Travis and his team are true professionals with great work ethic.We are very happy with the results and our neighbors have also commented and asked for referrals.

Travis was a huge help in supporting our Girl Scout troop complete a “kindness rocks!” Project at our elementary school. I contacted Travis to see if he could donate rocks to our troop and he was extremely generous a donated 400 rocks to complete this project. We needed several small projects done in our yard and was lucky enough to find Travis at ExtraScapes. A small crew planted several trees, trimmed the roses and took out a sickly pine tree.Travis knows desert landscaping and his prices were very reasonable.

We used ExtraScapes ground maintenance service this year for our complete yard. We were extremely pleased with their lawn and shrubbery mowing and trimming as well as fall leaf clean up.They arrived on time and always made sure to clean up and carry off remaining brush and grass.The owner, Travis Labarge was key at responding to calls and emails even when he was off duty. Couldnt schedule our appointment until a month after we contacted them, but it was a big job, and we decided to stick with them and wait the month. The day finally arrived and... they never showed up. Had it been something minor, for a small fee, *maybe* I can see that happening. But this was a biggie. They must be daft to have passed up such a pay day!

Travis and his crew did great work for us - clearing weeds, laying a drip system, etc. However, communication with Travis was difficult. There were a couple times when I called and emailed and didnt receive a response for over a week, or no response at all.

These guys did a wonderful job. I needed a bunch of yard cleaning and some minor landscaping work to be done. They did it quickly and perfectly. I have used everything from big name companies to craigslist adds and theyve all been ok, but ExtraScapes has been the best by far. Travis is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did everything he could to exceed my expectations. Affordable, quality service and staffing that makes you feel comfortable.
