If it was possible to give a negative star rating I would, as one is way to high of a score. I was scheduled with this company through my home warranty company. When I was sent a bill I had asked shouldn’t this be sent to my home warranty company? The office manager told me you were the one that scheduled us so you are responsible for the bill. After showing her in fact she was wrong that my home warranty company sent her my info and she reached out to schedule I was told that it was my responsibility to figure out how they can submit a bill to my home warranty company. This is not my responsibility as I do not work for lawn rangers, this is the responsibility of the office manger. Secondly the work they performed not only didn’t fix the issue but made it worse. I had called and left a message to have someone call me back to fix this issue. After not hearing from anyone I called in and let the office manager know my issue. She wanted to act like she was doing me a favor by making me wait two weeks to have them come and and fix what they damaged. After explaining that I can’t have an even worse leak for two weeks especially considering we are in a drought. She then proceeded to tell me that the technician came out walked me through how my irrigation system works and left. If that was the case why do I have a bill for parts and labor? I would not hire this company. There are way to many reputable companies to have to use lawn rangers.

The Lawn Rangers have been working for the company I work for (Advanced Service Solutions) for YEARS now and they have been absolutely amazing with everything they do (landscaping & snow removal) I mostly deal with Sarah Ortega for the Home Depot account and I wish all account managers could be like her! She always responds, gets us the info we need, & super funny. I hope they stay working with us for many years to come. Thank you The Lawn Rangers!

We have a large property and have used Lawn Rangers for one year now. They show up promptly every week with three or four workers and the lawn is mowed well and the walkways and patio blown clean. They haul away all the clippings and leaves.I love that I don’t have to be home, I don’t have to provide gas, tools or maintain any equipment. I pay online. It is so convenient and they do a good job. Not inexpensive, but worthwhile.

They do good work and they respond quickly to requests. My lawn is in great shape because of their work.

We have been with The Lawn Rangers long enough to know that they are professionals, caring, knowledgeable, and always on time and do what they are scheduled to do. They also will visit with you with any recommendations and get your approval before doing anything extra. Our neighbors highly recommended them and so do we. Thank you.

Consistently great service for 2+ years. The team often goes above and beyond, removing lawn debris, taking the time to work around kid’s play stuff, and making the yard look amazing. I’m so appreciative and highly recommend!

Definitely unprofessional and unresponsive. They dont show up when they say they will and dont complete jobs that they agree to do. We wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

On time very responsive and does a great job.

Lawn Rangers has been our maintenance company for just over two years. Our yard has never looked better. It is so nice not having to constantly fuss over the yard, whether it be fertilizing, mowing, clean ups or removal of leaves in the fall, Lawn Rangers take care of it all. They have always been professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable. When we had an issue with a couple of our sprinkler heads they got the technician out the next day. We would highly recommend them!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We contacted them for a job to remove shrubs from our backyard. Not only did they not remove the jobs and complete the job, they had the nerve to falsely claim on our business page that they had completed the job even though we have tenants at the property that confirmed that they never completed the job.

If I could give a 1/2 star, I would. I am a realtor and hired this company to reseed one of my properties. After this work was done, I inspected the work and could not see any seeds. I contacted the company and the owner indicated, I would not be able to see the seeds, so I agreed to wait. After one month, not a single grass grew. I have been trying to contact the owner, but he has not returned any of my calls. I would not recommend using this company.

We contacted them to remove shrubs at our home and after several weeks of no show appointments we finally gave up on them. Our tenants ended up removing the shrubs. They never completed the job and are very unprofessional.

Contacted them to remove some landscaping and they never showed up. Their communication was terrible and they were very unresponsive. After they told us they would come to our house, they never came and we had to take care of the job ourselves.

Refuse to honor warrenty, tried to use technical terminologies to fool me. Would not recommend them to anyone.
