This place was Horrible. It was ridiculously dirty. The washers were leaking. Some did not work at all. It took my money and turned on but never washed. The washers that did start did not wash good at all. Had to rewash a few times. I would have left but my blankets were soaked with water when they came out of the washer so I had to put them back in. Plus I had a lot of loads 21 of the big silver washers and only 9 of those worked. Some did not get clean so I have to go to another place and rewash tomorrow. Called to make complaint and worker said there was nothing she could do. It was the WORST experience I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Needs a lot of work its filthy no attendant, unsavory people hang out even in back parking lot.they should shut it down or care about there business

Usually really dirty. Lots of homeless hang out here so kind of dangerous. There is a plasma center next door. Most machines are broken and dirty. Nobody is ever here. They recently locked the back entrance so you have to walk from the parking lot carring your clothes and left a mean note about it. If you dont have to come here dont. Management raised Price of washing and drying. No public restroom. They really need to take care of this place

Was recently purchased 6 months to year ago.....they need to put a new floor covering down....machines need work.....

Dont like it because nobodys there to give you change I have to get $20 worth of quarters when I only needed five the person there to open the bathroom no ones even there had to take my son to the bathroom to the store next door like to three times dont worry like it going to go back to my regular laundry place

I was just there I have been since around 6:50 am this morning, it wasnt even opened when it opens at 6 am .No worker was there to assist me, washer didnt even even wet the clothes or wash them after i just put 12 quarters in it so had to move to a different washer nd repay to wash my clothes again. The dryer was drying my clothes for 27 mins nd the clothes was still wet so I replaced it in another . I left around 9:30 this morning and still no one was there to assist anyone .

Showed up at 8:15pm and we were told they close at 8:00pm and were sent away. Id suggest they update business hours

Its hot and a lot of machines and dryers are out of service but the attendant was nice and personable and the dryers I used worked pretty well. Big plus was the space to fold.

The woman working (all by herself) was so helpful and friendly. She keeps it SO clean....was cleaning and picking up the whole time i was there. I appreciate people that make u feel welcome😉

This place is nasty and dirty . theres hobos living in there and a nasty smell that stays in the clothing . woulnt recomend this place

Terrible experience for me and other patrons. This seems to be an older laundromat with older washers and dryers. There are a some newer stainless steel big load washers for 21 quarters. The older white top loader washers are $1.50 for cold wash and $1.75 for warm and hot wash. The laundromat could be invested in to make the appearance cleaner and brought up-to-date. There was not an attendant and if there was a restroom, it was locked.This place seems to get the job done, 8f you get lucky with a working washer, and have lots of time and money for the dryers, but I probably would not come here alone at night, and this would be a last resort laundromat.I am off to try the dryers..wish me luck :)So, I guess no one wished me luck... The dryers are .25 cents for 7 minutes. I paid each dryer $1.25 for 35 minutes of drying and the clothes and towels were still damp. The dryers were not overloaded or towels were not oversized and it took me 5 rounds for 6 towels to dry.As I was was waiting for the clothes to dry, a young man found that his big loader did not drain the water. There was no attendant, so he grabbed a trash can, opened the washer door, and let the water drain into the trash can and onto the floor.The young man said he called the attendant and was told that no one would be here for another hour.Off to call the fire department or someone, before someone gets electrocuted!!!

A not so nice laundromat in a nice neighborhood. Water leaking from washing machine, more than a couple of dryers out of order and if you pay that much for washers then dryers should be free. There was a lady not washing clothes but getting herself ready, and several shady people walking around inside then out the back. Ill never go there again.

I am seriously disappointed in how rundown this location has gotten in the past month. Its always needed a good remodeling but lately Ive been contemplating going to another laundromat. Lately its just been getting worse for wear & pretty much every other washer & dryer is malfunctioning. The owners need to take some pride in their business and shut down half the laundromat to remodel it then shut the other half down after to do the same thing. Its not convenient but I feel it would drum up more business. The store isnt terribly dirty but Ive definitely noticed a difference in upkeep since the attendant, Llyod, left the store. He was always cleaning & trying to make the store as presentable as possible with the tools he was given. I came in this evening & had to walk past 5 washers to find one that was operating. When I went to dry my clothes there were 3 dryers in a row with out of order signs on them. I honestly dont feel like the owners care about this location and as long as no one complains & customers keep coming in I feel like they wont ever take the initiative to make this a better functioning location.

I came to wash my bigger loads of laundry (bedding, rugs...) Upon walking in, it was disgusting. Floors were dirty, washers not clean AT ALL. I proceeded to use the mega washer aka triple loader for 2 of my bed sets. The 1st one (which was my brand new bedding) kept my money AND locked my bedding and just spun in circles. The 2nd one just kept my money. I then had to break up the rest of my belongings into the smaller washers which were complete filth!!!I then called another Spin Cycle location freaking out informing that lady of the situation. She said I would have to wait until 2 for the attendant to help me. I got so upset and demanded that someone call me back.Granted its only $10.00 that was spent on something that wasnt working correctly, but still. I work hard for my money.Within 5 minutes, a lady called me back and came to rectify the situation. She was very nice and felt bad and that is appreciated, but i will not be back to this facility ever again.

Excellent laundromat. Its big. Clean. And the WiFi is fast. There are change machines. There was a person there cleaning it. You can tell the owners care about keeping it maintained. Medium range washers were 1.50 and dryer the usual quarter thing

I would put 0 stars if i could, this place is filthy, nothing works,no attendant working, no one answering the phone. I came in to do laundry and put my clothes in the big mega machine, i put soap in, put 22 quarters and it didnt start, it wouldnt give my money back either. No attendant there to help no one to answer the phone I tried calling multiple times no andwer. I had to take all my clothes out all full of soap put them back in my car and drive to another spot because I couldnt trust the other machines would work. I wasted my time my money and got soap everywhere because my laundry bag leaked in my car all the soap. DO NOT GO THERE ITS AWFUL!!!

Very Cold inside, they have a lot of broken out of order machines. It is conveniently located by shopping and a bank. But the machines that do work seem to work pretty well

Spin Cycle is the best laundry Matt Ive been too. From June-August they offer free drying.

A few years ago would have only given 2 or 3 stars, but they now have FREE dryers!!

This place is awful! Half the machines are out of order and they dont have attendents here during the day. I called the emergency number because myself and a few other customers were having issues with multiple machines and no one was around to help. the lady informed me that no one is at this location until 4or 5pm. I told her that dozens of the machines have out of order slips on them and she said that she was working at the montano location and no one is available to help. Most of the slips have datesdfrom September! And the machines that do work are filthy! Full of pet hair! thanksThe machines are overpriced as well. Worst laundry I have ever been to. The dryers suck! In the middle of drying 2 of my dryers completely quick working so I had to move my clothes twice. After putting in $2.50 to dry my clothes are still damp! The attendant was not so nice and even had attitude with me when the second dryer went out!!! Save yourself $$ and time and drive further down 4th to the laundry in Ranchitos....their dryers actually work. Only reason I came here was because it was late. I spent double the price here then at the other one. I wont ever use this laundry again.

While convince is good down here in the North Valley, most of the washers & dryers are broken. No attendant and the video games are turned off.

First time I came here was the last time. Way overpriced machines, and lots of broken out of order signs. Not a nice place. You may like it but I didnt.

I was there on a Thursday early afternoon and half of the dryers and half of the washers were not working I put my money into one of the dryers it never turned on never gave my money back. When I looked for the out of order tags the box was empty and no one could be found. Very disappointed
