Washers have gotten expensive..$2 for a small load. $1 for 1 box of tide.Other than that, very clean location. Not busy mid-morning, and located close to Paseo so easy to access.

We are in a neighboring business and do laundry here EVERY SINGLE DAY. The attendant knows who we are and knows our laundry as we do the same towels every day spending $10+ a day. This is the second time I’ve accidentally forgotten the laundry overnight and they have thrown all our towels away when they know who we are also knowing we give them money every day. It’s inconvenient because they are walking distance and come in handy but the attendant is always rude and like I said this is the second time that she’s thrown away hundreds of dollars of towels that once again she knows are ours.

I put my clothes in the dryer last night around 8pm before they closed. My father had a heart attack last night and so i went to the hospital. I was not able to return to laundromat till 6:30am when it opened and all my laundry had been taken out of the dryers and was gone. When I asked about the clothes someone said the attendant took my clothes out when she opened the building. And when I asked the attendant about it she ignored me and acted like I was crazy. My dad has a heart attack and this place deems it necessary to rob people of their belongings.

Clean with ample machines. My only complaint was using the megaload washer. A pair of baby pjs still smelled like spit up after $5.75 for the load!! Washers range from 1.75 regular top loaders, 3.00 for larger 4 load capacity machines and the 5.75 for mega 6 load capacity. Dryers were 25 cents for 8-10 minutes depending on the dryer size, and they dried relatively fast. 2 dryers were not working and not labeled :(It wasnt terribly busy on sunday afternoon, Ill gladly pay an extra 25 cents a load to be sure I have a folding table and cart!

The attendant is very rude and dismissive when my husband complained that the money machine took his $5 and gave us nothing. She said she told the owners. Bullshit!!Then when i complained today that one of the single loaders didnt do a last spin, she accused me of using too big of a load. My load only filled a little over halfway.We had to use another washer and rewash everything to get it to spin all the water out. She just shrugged her shoulders and said, your choice.I asked for the no. To her boss or owner. She said she would have them call. Oh...yeah, just like they called my husband!! Then today there were two other attendants there actually clearingbout the machines. We wouldve spoke up. But they didnt speak English. So yeah. It sucks.

I would leave 0 stars I just came and the doors are locked it is 11:40am and the door says opens at 6:30am. Apparently not!
