I was searching for a good place to drop off my bedding a few months ago when I came across Ti-Dee laundromat, I was reading their reviews when I came across a very funny reply from Steve to someone who left a review, It made me laugh & instantly I knew I had to check this place out! Just as I suspected, this is the perfect place for me! This hidden gem was everything & more! Steve was just as amazing in person! Frank & Janet are complete sweethearts!! I work a lot, and dont have much time to get all my bedding done myself! I drop off my sheets, pillowcases, comforter, & two blankets, the price alone is well worth it! When I pick it up at the end of the day, all my bedding is neatly folded and wrapped in plastic, like an early Christmas gift! If you are searching for a place that has excellent customer service, cost effective and quality service Ti-Dee delivers all the way across the board!! Ive been using their drop off service since 2011 . I work in Albuquerque from time to time, I have an extremely dirty job. So needless to say my clothes are a mess .They do a great job, clothes come back clean and nicely folded . Friendly staff . And right down from the airport makes it convenient .

They may do a great job, i wont find out, they advertise same day, but when i arrived to drop off i was told it would take 2-3 days. So be aware you may not get same day service.

I must frankly admit that the service is very good. The only detail is that esteve (one of the employees). He is a bit bipolar and sometimes he denies everything, but I love Frank, he is beautiful, helpful and very very attentive. The lady who is working there is also cute. I highly recommend this place because apart from being clean, they have extreme measures in this pandemic. A hug to the beautiful people of this place. 😘

Friendly owners. Recently put in new washers and dryers that dry so well. Recently renovated. New flooring as well. Nice laundry. Only down side is its small.

The drop off laundry service is the best Ive used. Staff is always nice. Very calm and quiet. Clothes are always returned nice. I would go early if your going to drop them off on the weekends because they might not have it done until the next day if they are backed up with orders. Thanks guys Im usually going weekly or bi-weekly.

Our car was broken into in mid November. There are no cameras around. They stole a phone mount but we are ok and so is our car. They broke into it quickly because we were not gone for more than a few minutes. Whats even worse is people were in their cars on both sides of us and didnt do or say anything to us. People need to stand up more and stop being zombies. The staff is nice here and quick to resolve issues with the machines only.

Nice quiet place to wash clothes. It’s never very busy here and the workers are very nice. I can get in and out in no time.

Amazing customer service, clean facility and great equipment

They are the best in Albuquerque! I love the customer service, the people are very kind. I use the wash dry and fold services and they are amazing!!! They do a great job!! I tried another company closer to my home because this is 30 min from my house and there is no comparison. These people are top notch! I have been coming to them for almost 2 years now and they have consistently been awesome!!

We take our clothes in there and they give him back to us extremely clean folded greatstaff clean awesome people.

Used their wash and fold service. Was awesome! My clothes were nearly folded or hung up, they were clean and smelled amazing, and the staff was very friendly. I took about 45lbs of laundry in and was able to pick it up early the next day. Reasonably priced as well.

Best laundry in town

The machines had mold growing inside of them. Also many of the machines were out of order. Your clothes would be cleaner washing them in a muddy puddle than this place.

The business owner is very passionate about his business and went above and beyond when I had a complaint to make things right. I am delighted at theircustomer service and will be continuing to use third services. If you have a complaint I suggest talking with the staff before writing a review to tarnish their reputation because they will be glad to help you out!

Staff is friendly. Wash and go service is up to par. Easy to get to and very visible from main road. Wish they were open later than 8pm.

Went to wash and apparently you cant take your kids with you if they are babys and they cant sit still...... guess what news flash mr old man if you cant work around kids then you should not be running a laundromat my nephew is only a year old that does not give you any right to yell at him the way you did I do not recommend this place to anyone at all.......

Dryers didnt work as well as I had hoped

They have a wide variety of washing machines. They can also do the laundry for you if you dont have the time to do it (for a fair price). Nice and tidy, friendly staff, and affordable rates. :)

The place is wonderful, high water levels, thorough wash cycles, friendly courteous staff, and very very clean.

This place is great! Not only will they do your laundry and fold it for a very reasonable price, they also will return cash (more than the price of the service) that you accidentally left in your pocket, awesome!
