I called about 7 other 24 hr lock smiths and i either didnt get a call back, or they couldnt do the year my car was or id have to wait till the next day. I called Robert, and he came within the time fram he gave me, and cut a new key out of the broken one i had in 15 minutes! It was amazing and im so greatful that he was able to help me. They answered me when no one else would pick up the phone!! Got locked out of my apartment with my dog at 10:30 pm in a shady part of town and my property management told me they wouldnt perform lockout services and come let me in because it doesnt qualify as an emergency. My biuldings management couldnt even give me a number to call for help. Two other 24-hour locksmiths I tried didnt answer. The woman who picked up with Roberts Lock & Key was super friendly and understanding, gave me a cost estimate right away, and got someone to my apartment in under 30 minutes to get me safely inside! The woman who responded was extremely friendly and professional and got us in right away. She was also respectful of my anxious dogs need for space. Im so grateful they came through for me when my landlord refused.

I lost my car key during COVID and it was the only one I had. To have Toyota replace it, I would need to tow the vehicle ($!!!), pay $200 for LABOR and $150 for the key. I took up cycling...I was referred to Roberts Lock and Key by Heights Security who also provides excellent service, but do not do mobile calls. Robert answered right away, showed up promptly, communicated professionally and got me a new key within the hour. I wish I could give Robert a bonus star. He was professional, timely, efficient, reasonably-priced, and very pleasant. My car was unusually complicated, the key needed to be remade, amongst other things. His attitude helped cheer me up. When my original key was found, he came by my house and reprogrammed it for me!
