Pretty fast had my key in 3 days or so!

I needed to make a copy to a key and after two Walmart’s did not have the key in stock, I did a google search which lead me to KeyMe. There was quiosk located inside Bed Bath & Beyond nearby. It took less than 10 minutes to self serve for two copies. I was highly impressed with how fast and easy this was to do with no assistance.

They took all my info but never called back.

Purchasing the keys at a Key me kiosk is convenient, just scan the key and you receive the key about a week later in the mail. I had some issues with the copies, but the customer service rep. was more than happy to provide replacements. Awesome.

Easy key making in a kiosk. My only complaint is that when I Googled for a key copying place and this came up, it did not indicate that it was a kiosk, nor that it was inside a Bed Bath and Beyond store. I had to call the company to find that out. Once there, easy peasy, and the key worked.

I had several keys made at a local hardware store and they didnt work. The keys I made at your kiosk all worked great. I have already recommended it to my daughters.

Too expensive, doesnt take cash, and forces you to email receipt.

Key didn’t fit my key hole immediately. I needed to adjust a little Not to be able to use it. It worked in the end I just wish it didn’t require any kind of adjustment. 😐
