Mario did an awesome job re-keying our house. Two of our doors were so packed with dirt you couldnt even turn the lock, but Mario powered through them and saved us a very expensive trip to the hardware store. Great price and great service.

Id lost my keys and I needed to get back into the apartment and I had no problems with the office I need identification it was under my husbands name but giving the proper paperwork I was able to get the service the locksmith showed up on time I guess he was proceeded to open the door when I found the key. I was not charged the full amount for the service call so he made me 2 keys which I felt was very reasonable. I would use the services again and I highly recommend them

My truck is a little older and my chihuahua stepped on the keys I left inside the vehicle and locked themselves in (for some reason my spare set of keys were in the vehicle as well and I hate myself for accidently leaving both sets in there). All of the locksmiths I called said they were delayed for over 4 hours. One of the locksmiths recommended Pop A Lock and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes and got my truck opened saving me from having to damage the vehicle. I told them my dogs were in the car still and they put a rush on the driver to get there as fast as possible. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know if they require a locksmith. The locksmith that showed up was amazing and got it open under a minute. Their prices are way lower than others, it was only 65 dollars compared to other locksmiths charge 120-320 that I saw on their websites.

I contacted Pop-A-Lock because I needed a key made for one of my trucks. I spoke to Greg and he scheduled me promptly for service. I am writing this review for any/all persons who require a locksmith for a vehicle and are not sure who to contact. I strongly recommend this company for all your locksmith needs. Greg was the third person I spoke to and by far the cheapest. The prices I got from other mobile locksmiths were 100% more than I paid Pop-A-Lock. If you want good service and an honest and fair price, call Greg before you go anywhere else. P.S. Mario, the technician that made my key, did a fine job. Overall this company is the best. The $129.00 I spent for service was money well spent!

Incredible service through and through. I lost my only car key and assumed it was in my car. Don came within 20 minutes of me calling. Super friendly and helpful! My key wasn’t in there. He gave me Mario’s number to get started on making a new key. Mario was also very friendly and helpful and had Cathy call me back within the hour. She was so sweet! She arranged for Greg to come out who worked diligently in the cold and dark for 3+ hours to get me my key made. And he went above and beyond to have me drive it around to ensure that there wouldn’t be issues since the computer was giving him troubles. They were all the nicest people who worked so efficiently. They also did it for almost half the price that other companies were going to charge me. So thankful.

Arrival time was a little longer than what was initially said, but stuff happens and the technician was very communicative and was even nice enough to wait the 5 minutes it took for me to return to the location of my locked car when he arrived. He was very professional and kind, the service itself was very quick with a reasonable price tag. Only wish was that the technician wore a mask as per New Mexico state mandate. 4.8 i’d say.

We had a historic home re-keyed and then there were some vague issues with one of the locks. Both of the gentlemen that evaluated the antique lock were incredibly thoughtful and professional. They didnt charge us anything for two hours of work on fixing it so that we wouldnt need a modern replacement that wouldnt look nice with the door. Ill forever use pop-a-lock for any locksmith work.

I called Pop-a-Lock on a Sunday afternoon after having locked myself out of my house. They answered promptly, gave me a price for the service, and let me know someone would be out to my home within 30 minutes. A couple minutes later I got a call from the locksmith asking if we were alright (which I thought was very kind) and letting me know he is on his way. While we waited, we were actually able to get into our home so the locksmith was no longer needed. I called to let him know and offered to pay a trip charge or something for his time since he was already on his way, but he refused and said that is not the kind of company Pop-a-Lock is and wished me a great day. I appreciate this gentlemans kindness and understanding so much and I will absolutely call Pop-a-Lock next time we need a locksmith.
