After the initial deep clean today I am thrilled that they’ll be taking care of my home on a regular basis. The technicians today were thorough and kind, and my home is in the best shape its ever been in! I also appreciate that they’re covid safe and all wore masks the entire time they were here. I thought the service was good, everything went really well, including great communications. My only complaint is that I feel they’re overpriced when compared to other locally owned cleaning companies. If they would have been more competitively priced, I would have given 5 stars. I contacted Green Sweep to deep clean my home after having been away for some time. My particular concerns were the dust accumulation and water stains in the toilets and on other bathroom surfaces from having the home sit unused for so long. Green Sweep got back to my request promptly and was able to schedule two cleaners to come out to my home to clean with quick turn around and for a fair price. The two cleaners were polite, professional, and did a great job. The dust is gone from my home, which is saying something for Albuquerque. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean. I am very pleased. If I decide to have someone deep clean my home again, or to get a regular cleaning service, I will definitely be considering this service.

We moved into a new house where there was a thin layer of construction dust over everything. Sandra did an amazing job of removing all this dust from floors, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, and other surfaces in an amazingly short amount of time. It looks great. Green Sweep was able to get in a deep clean on short notice for me. I was very impressed by the detail from the cleaners - even the top of my oven hood was de greased and wiped clean, and our shower enclosures were spotless despite how hard NM water is. We’ve hired Green Sweep on numerous occasions to clean our home, and we’ve been satisfied overall with the cleaning services. We especially appreciate the fact this company uses eco-friendly cleaning products which means it’s healthier, safer and non-toxic to our home. The two staff members that clean our home work efficiently and are done within the requested on time. I’ve rated at 4 stars because I’m a perfectionist and I have very high expectations for cleaners... some things are missed at least every visit so I’m honest about it, and every time it is addressed and fixed.

Green Sweep is awesome. We love the technicians who come to our home- they are professional, friendly, and they love our animals! They put effort into getting to know us and our home, which made me feel much more comfortable with having someone come in to clean, especially now. They are always wearing masks and maintain physical distance when we are chatting in the house. Their cleaning is very detail-oriented, and when we do the walk-through at the end of each service, theyve always managed to address an issue I wasnt even aware of, but that definitely needed a good scrub. I love everything about Green Sweep! I’ve been getting regular house cleaning service for 1.5 years and they are consistently awesome. My cleaning tech, Sandra, goes the extra mile to really make sure my whole house is squeaky clean, and she often times surprises me with something a little extra... cleaning my oven so it looks new or getting rid of rust on shower tiles. Sandra is also very quiet (I’ve worked from home for years) and takes care to keep my indoor kitties inside. First cleaning and so far I am impressed. They got some REALLY tough hard water stains off our shower doors, dusted everything, and cleaned the range, hood, all the stainless appliances. Floors and baseboards were spotless. No detail missed. My favorite was that they pretty much put everything back where they found it! I usually spend half an hour re-arranging my decor after cleanings because they are moved around. This was very minimal. Super pleased.

Green Sweep was great the first few months, and then they began cancelling/rescheduling my weekly cleanings at the last minute. There was no apology or regard for my schedule. Then, Melissa called to tell me they would be raising the price by $30/week+ and that she wanted to discuss ways I could help the cleaners before they arrived. She also stated that the Cleaner was staying over her time, which simply was not true. Often times, Id arrive home to find the Cleaner sheepishly leaving early and then making excuses Oh, I get here early today, etc.Good start but disappointing customer service for such a high price point.

We had a standard priority clean. The worker was very attentive to my comments and wishes. The work was done on time and up to my standards. Also huge plus they dont use terrible chemicals. My house smelled anything but clean. Thank you! Will use you again!

After only an hour on-site, I was called with an attempt to up sell me for another two hours of cleaning. When I returned home, although things were, for the most part, cleaned, there were several areas of work that clearly did not pay attention to detail and the work done did not seem to justify two cleaners spending 3 hours, nor the amount I paid.

I would have given them a 5 but the kitchen floor was still a little dirty. And a toilet was left dirty in a couple places. The women they sent were very professional and personable.

She did an amazing job especially with the dog hair on the furniture. I love coming into the house after she has cleaned it. After hurting my back, I started hiring Green Sweep thinking it was temporary but I liked the results and the women who cleaned so I haveThis is a second review. The cleaners green sweep hires are extremely thorough especially in the bathroom and kitchen. They are always on time, work hard and are pleasant. I have cleaning only once a month and I’m motivated to keep a neat house until Carrie comes again.

Secondly, the unlocked house issue isnt about furnishings; property is replaceable. The problem is jeopardizing my personal safety. That, to me, is a big deal. Perhaps, you and your employees dont worry about locking doors being located across from Wells Park. Ive now given enough time, energy and money to this company. I will let the photos speak for themselves. Best ✌️I requested a move-in clean for the house I just moved in to. The person who scheduled me assured that everything, top to bottom, would be cleaned and sanitized, except for windows. The first cleaning lady showed up 12 minutes early, asked to start working. I was on the phone and not quite ready but allowed it. Second person sat outside in her car until 9 sharp. I left the house to run errands and asked if they leave for lunch because I dont want the house left unlocked. They said no they dont leave. Around 3pm, I noticed my card had been charged for the second half of the payment due, so I called and was told they had gotten done and left already. This was surprising because I was told when I scheduled, that 2 employees would take approx 9 hours and 3 employees would take 6. I returned home and found my front gate that theyd let themselves in through, left wide open. Doors were unlocked to the house, even the lock that couldve been locked without a key. No one ever called to say they were leaving and office person says shed not been at the house to witness this, she was apologetic. Why doesnt a supervisor come out and check their work though? Anyway, a whole, large, obvious closet was missed. There were still spider webs on the ceilings. Black smudges on some walls. This job clearly was rushed and I have zero faith it was sanitized properly. I paid their higher fee because theyre a local business and I always support local when possible, but I definitely will not hire this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I sent these same pics and statement to the companys email but never heard anything back - at which point, Ive given up on this being done right. They did return to clean the closet though. And the person who followed up about the closet was really nice and polite which is why this rating is 2 instead of 1.

I truly could go on and on and on..What a tremendous business model.. local and owned by women!I’ve had two deep cleanings, traveling out of town for several weeks at a time-the house was pretty neglected. Each time GS’s employees were punctual, polite and enforcing Covid safety measures, even made sweet attempts to befriend my distrustful pups.They went to work immediately, never took a break, I didn’t have to give any additional instructions- they are that thorough and I am picky. I was able to continue my work online in a back bedroom, they were so quiet. Wowee!! The SPARKLE & SHINE! Gracious, they didn’t miss an inch and surpassed all expectations. Seems clean for the most part but not everything was picked up and cleaned under i.e. built in shelves in shower. Also didn’t clean bathroom mirrors or shower doors. Some crumbs on couch.

Eric and Patty came over for a Deep Clean and did a fantastic job. Ive used ALL the other services in ABQ over the years and have never been totally happy with end result. With Green Sweep, I told them what was most important to me and they met those requirements. What was really impressive was Patty taking on the challenge of cleaning our dining light fixture -- which is extremely mobile and fragile and covered in dust and fingerprints. She didnt wait to be asked to do it, just made the choice and got to it. It is the first time weve seen it cleaned since we moved in. Both cleaners were very professional and friendly, with no time wasted. Hope to see them again! Thank you for getting us ready for our holiday celebration!!

Staci and Patty were our cleaners, and they did a PHENOMONIAL job. They showed up 10 mins early to ensure they were on time and they finished right on time as well. We had a move out clean with them for our apartment at Markana Apts and they definitely had a hard job to do. They worked very hard and the place was immaculate when they were finished. Our apt manager thought the place was spotless and that they did a fantastic job as well. They are a bit pricey because they use special green products. But what I valued the most was the professionalism; showing up on time, finishing on time, politeness, and exceeding cleaning expectations. Our place had hard water that stained and Staci and Patty worked VERY hard to get the place clean. I highly recommend this service. Their work was exceptional.
