I hired Adove cleaning during the pandemic and they were the only people I permitted in my house. They broke some of my belongings. The one time I asked them to fix something they broke, they tried to blame it on the dogs. My dogs are physically capable of breaking the item in question.

Leticia and her crew did a great job! I had a big job for them of a whole house and yard clean up, and itlooks great. They showed up early for the job, and finished when they said they would. Like I said, it was a big job, and the place was super lean, and smelled great!

Amazing! My house (rental) is actually cleaner at move out than when I moved in! The ladies pulled out appliances, dusted blinds and base boards, cleaned the top of cabinets in the kitchen and were very detailed overall. Terrible cleaning service. I fired them once then gave them a second chance. They did an excellent job one time after that then it started slipping again and I fired them for good this time. My kitchen/family room was barely swept in exposed areas and no rugs were picked up and swept under and it wasnt even mopped. I would leave notes and they were ignored. Not sure if they could read English. One girl was talking on her phone the whole time. Really poor job. Would never recommend them to anyone

This cleaning company has no respect for people’s time. I made an apppoinment for a quote and they cancelled on me multiple times. They finally came and cleaned the house, but only after they cancelled twice. The first time I took off from work, the second time I had to be the one to call and ask if they were coming and I was told they weren’t going to make it. When they actually cleaned the house, They did a descent job and scheduled to come back in 2 weeks. No one showed up in 2 weeks. When I texted them, they pretended they didn’t know who I was. I told them my name and up til today, they never called back. I would not recommend this cleaning service. Too unreliable for people who value their time.

I hired Adove Cleaning Service to come and clean a house that I was moving into (renting). The house was very very dirty greasy mess!I am more than happy with the results. It doesnt even look like the same house because it is soooo clean!Erikia and Manuela did the cleaning and they are very nice, happy, hard working and very respectful. They really really did a excellent job.I give them a 5 star rating and yes I have started telling my friends how good they are.

This lady treats her employees bad thinks they dont have a life and dont know how to charge or run her business. Not recommended will be reporting her to BBB
