Michael and Jasmine did a very poor job cleaning my house. They didnt wipe down the cabinets in the bathroom or kitchen, ignored the dust and dog hair on the window sills, didnt even touch the blinds or baseboards, and in one room, they didnt even do the floor. Worst of all, Michael spilled a bucket of dirty mop water onto one of my Persian rugs causing a stain. I sent it out for professional cleaning and Michael refused to reimburse me for even part of the rug cleaning fee. If you care about your belongings and quality of cleaning, avoid this place.
