Turning Point gym is amazing! You come here to get results. This is not a cookie cutter gym, but a personalized, unique experience. The trainers are very experienced and will get you where you want to be and beyond. It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been in and you feel a sense of community and family. I never knew I could push myself the way I do while I’m there. They don’t just focus on working out, it goes beyond that with eating right, etc. I highly recommend Turning Point Strength and Conditioning.
Turning Point is a gym that provides you with all the tools and support you need to achieve your goals. They have state-of-the-art equipment for training and testing. You will learn how to stop dieting and maintain healthy eating habits. Steve has helped me rehab after my Achilles tendon and spinal fusion surgeries with great success. All the trainers are top notch and passionate about what they do. Turning Point is by far the best gym in town!
After spending 5 years working out in different gyms on my own, I lost the motivation to train because of constant injuries, plateaus and boredom. My sister-in-law referred me to Turning Point a little over a year ago and Im in the best shape of my life as a result (endurance, strength and physique). The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging! The workouts are challenging and creative, which allow me to push intensity and minimize the risk of injury. Its a great environment with friendly clients and I always look forward to my next workout :)

Using a combination of great tech, great training and tailored, variable workout programs I’ve found a love for fitness that I’ve always been looking for. Steve and his team are constantly investing in new equipment and always make time to personalize workouts for each person’s needs. After three months, I saw the results - mental and physical - that I was looking for.Turning Point is the best in the business, hands down. Turning Point is a great gym with professional trainers! I joined the gym after having my third child. Through the workouts and nutrition program I was able to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and feel good. After finding this gym I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
