Stopped by twice during staffed hours but here was no one there to help me. Drove back home and tried to print 3 day pass to go visit but it has to be during staffed hours, when there is no staff. The price is good, specially with no contract and I dont mind wiping down equipment before using it.Hard to believe it will be smooth.

Great gym. All the equipment i need is there and available. Great staff and owners always greeting everyone and being nice. Never have any issues with anyone and real great to go and just blow of some steam. Monthly cost is great love that i get good discount for being a College student. Overall great experience.

Been coming here for about two months now and I enjoy it. Not so crowded in the morning and friendly people. 24 hours I love that for when I can’t sleep or wake up too early. The gym feels like it was built by someone who has used lots of gyms because it functions well. No nonsense no unnecessary rules or signs all over the place. There is also a website where you can keep track of your workouts, sign up for classes, or pay your dues right there. Great value when compared to the cost of membership. I see this place continuing to improve and grow.

Best gym in Alb. Community oriented and accepting of all creeds and all types of individuals. Everything you need from the equipment to the care for their members.They were gracious enough to work and take in my nonprofit organization to work alongside them to better help our leas fortunate community. Changing one life at a time with preventative healthcare and fitness.

This gym is GROSS!🤮 went in to check out about joining and noticed they don’t have the members wiping down equipment after each use! Especially the mats. The atmosphere is way better, even at planet fitness over this raunchy business!

This Gym is G.O.A.T. Theres a ton of great people here. Its nice that I can just go to the gym, focus on my workout, and get out of there.

Had an overall great experience at this gym. Staff is friendly and will help you out with anything. They have a good amount of equipment for anything you want to work on. I never tried the training their but i’ve seen people training with a trainer and it seemed like they were enjoying it.

This gym is very dirty. Grimy. feels gross. The owner Carino Padilla was very rude. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

It is unfortunate that a place that is reasonably priced is run by caustic and rude personnel.It is time to change your attitude about customers. They are after all the ones who keep you in business.

Great place to get a workout! Staff is very friendly and every member is pretty helpful. If you need a late night workout or youre an early bird definitely a great place to workout!

Its not huge like some chain places but its very clean and everyone is so friendly and supportive. As a larger woman It feels good to have people give me a thumbs up when Im totally dying from ny workout rather than funny looks.There is plenty of equipment to choose from for just about any workout you can imagine and the trainers that are there are happy to help with questions and pointers.Abrian is my personal trainer and he is great. He has managed to come up with personal workouts that take my martial arts experience into account and is helping me get back into shape to get back into it. 15/10 would recommend!!

If you want a friendly, family locally owned gym that contributes to the community and makes you feel great with all the amenities of your favorite gym at a great price this is the the place. Any business like my business that helps change the international district is a plus to me 👍🏽

You wont find a gym with better prices nor better staff. The owner is amazing and hard working. The new location is absolutely awesome with upgrades and renovations taking place to make your experience great. The dedicated Yoga room has a beautiful new floor and Cariño knows what you need to improve your lifestyle and obtain your goals whether it is weight loss, muscle building, and more!
