Staff is friendly. Clean gym. Good equipment. I love the pool.

Amazing friendly staff, clean gym, new equipment and ample parking. Constant cleaning is happening here by ALL; Would highly recommend! I train here about 5-6 times a week and its the perfect environment for me.I would like to give props/high five to SARAHI at the Reception /Check-In desk who has me feel so incredibly special with her compassion. Ive been a member since this location opened and I shared my medical journey with her. She understood and offered me hope. Im a 50 year old military veteran in excellent fitness shape now wearing a heart monitor and struggles with PTSD. Thank you SARAHI for always smiling when I check-in 💖

Your website advertise that you have steam room and Jacuzzi which is not true. Some people use the water area for their own therapy. Oh not everybody likes to use a dry sauna. And the lockers were only available on one side. And it was very dirty in the locker room. Very disappointing.

I am new to the area and have been going to this Defined Fitness only for a week or so. Today the music was so loud I couldnt hear music through my own device. I reported it to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. I called later to talk to a manager and was put on a permanent hold. I called again to talk to a manager and was told theyre all busy, and that theres nothing that can be done about the music.Most people there are listening to their own devices, those that dont, dont necessarily like the music being played. For the rest, they dont need to have music playing as loud as if they were at a concert.Whats the natural reaction to the music being played too loud? Crank up the volume of your own device. Is that healthy? Obviously not. Many of the patrons at Defined Fitness are not young, like me, and have a hard enough time hearing whats going on around us. If the music level isnt lowered I will have no choice but to leave and ask for a full refund.

Today the staff treated me with disrespect and not professional at all. A staff member named Christine, blonde hair, gave me lack of information and extremely rude. My dad asked for a manager, and ignores me for the next 10 minutes. I asked, are u calling the manager, she says she comes in at 8. then i had said why didn’t u tell me that before i was waiting. She said “No your dad did not say that”, i respond kindly “yes he did, she continues to call me a liar. Do not come here if u like friendly staff.

Opened still have to wear masks. Hypoxia was near me during cycling class. Ii had to keep adjusting my mask and hoped that I did not fall over. I almost panicked but stayed calm.

Everything Id want in a gym: Great equipment, awesome staff, great pricing and perks like the hydro massage bed; which I can unwind in.

Lots of equipment, always clean and in great condition. Its way too busy to get a reasonable weight lifting workout around 5-7 but thats no fault of their own its a large facility.

Since the pandemic Ive noticed that the staff is constantly cleaning and disinfecting everything! Big plus ! Very friendly staff and very clean facility. Great workouts every time I go to this gym! Would highly recommend to anyone!

This define fitness is a joke. They steal your money. They still $500 for me today. They closed down my account. A month ago, because of the pandemic and now they refused to give me my money back. Saying that they are unable to because of other reasons. Not only did I get charged for the account. I got charged for late fee how my supposed to get charged for all that when I dont even have any money to pay for. Im a disabled vet. And a single dad how are you guys ok with STEALING 500bucks from a disabled person?

Horrible experience!!! Impossible to cancel membership during a dam pandemic. Ive been lied to over and over regarding my cancelation options. Now over $500 paid to a service NOT provided. General Manager Rodolfo Kano is NO help!!!

This has to be my worst experience with a fitness center since moving here. Tried to cancel before the 25th. They told me to come in physically. Wasn’t able to come in before the 25th but came in to cancel for the upcoming month. Was told I had to come back. Again. The can’t cancel it...Not going to be living in state anymore and no exception can be made. Guess I’ll just file a chargeback on my credit card and explain my situation.

I love working out here! It is very clean and open. All staff are so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. I love the classes and instructors. They inspire you to move up to the next level in all your workouts. It is so much fun!

Location is great, but management is lacking any kind of customer service care. Emailed them per the directions of the staff to inquire of my concerns and no reply. Also spoke to a manager about something else and she seemed nonplussed. Not impressed that a new location cant seem to be in line with the rest of the other locations policies.

The location is great. This has been a much needed and great addition to our SW side of town. The class offerings are great. There is something for everyone to work with at their own pace and fitness level.

The staff here is extremely kind and helpful. All areas of the gym are always clean and tidy. Multiple classes to help achieve fitness goals no matter the persons pace.

A nice gym with good employees

I am glad they there is finally a great place to work out closer to my home. The equipment is new, sturdy, and easy to use. Many more options than typical cardio machines and weights. The staff is friendly, and just an overall great atmosphere to work out in.

This is my absolute favorite gym. Clean, the employees and helpful and friendly, and lots of varied patrons. Not just hardcore weightlifters. Lots of families. I always feel more motivated when I exercise here.
