If the girl in the daytime would spend a little bit of that energy cleaning the bathrooms instead of telling us to put our mask up it would be a great place

This is the best Anytime Fitness facility Ive been to. Its clean!!! The bathrooms are always clean. Equipment works. Organized. Great little gym.

I absolutely love working out here. For the most part its clean and not so busy so its easy to use the machines. The only reason Im not giving this one 4-5 stars is because their treadmills are garbage! Hopefully they can update them soon. If they ever do that i will chance my score.

Exercise machines are maintained well. Gym is seldom crowded. Smaller workout space with wood floor studio which includes boxing equipment, bosu balance balls, ropes, kettle bells.

Not bad, all the basic stuff and the water was running. But as masks are mandated in the facility which is good but no social distancing. Granted space is limited but at power down a few machines.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past 3 months. After Covid-19 I became really fearful of going back to a gym. I have somewhat underlying health conditions, and I am around my wife’s parents and grandparents every now and then. I do not have intentions of going back to the gym, however my wife is still being charged for a membership we can’t afford at this time. The response we get is that I must be moving, or have long term health conditions that prevent me physically from utilizing a gym and a Dr. note to confirm this. I honestly think this is ridiculous being that I cannot afford to make monthly payments and I am not using the facilities so why am I being charged?I simply don’t think it’s professional of them to continue to take payments from people that will no longer come into their facilities. Especially during these hard times.

I love everything they have to offer. Tanning, yoga, kick boxing, spinning, weights, u name it they got it. Super great staff that help u from home if they need to. The computerized classes that u follow from the projector on the screen is the greatest thing ever. Any kind of workout u want to do is on there. Best of all it is super affordable!

Great place, private showers, heavy bag, lots of free weight and machines.

Has a large number of exercise machines, weights & equipment, including boxers punching bag, floor mats, balls, stretch bands, stepping stools, etc. It also has a spacious, mirrored wood floor room for any use - floor exercises, weights, stretching. I have to do primarily physical therapy exercises and its perfect. Love that its 24/7 with an electronic key entry only.

The facility is nice and clean but nothing really gets upgraded.Most importantly, the owners are unreachable. If you call the employees, they tell you that only the owners can help you with certain issues with your membership. I emailed the owners and have been calling for almost a week and they still havent had time to talk to me. Its a good gym if you dont care about charges and are just going to go use it. But be conscious that, if there are any issues with your membership, or if you want to cancel, the owners will avoid talking to you.

Great fitness center! Nice people and this facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The machines are all really nice and easy to figure out how to use. They also have a 24-hour feature for various classes so you can take a class by yourself or with others any time of day utilizing taped classes. You just use a kiosk to pick your class, a screen comes down, and the class begins for you. Being open 24/7 is a huge bonus.

This gym and the company they use to run their memberships are terrible. They have handled COVID poorly. I have been trying to remedy a situation for 4 months now, meanwhile I’m getting charged, with no communication on their part.This is not a place that cares about community or community members.

I’ve been attending this gym for a month or so. It’s very clean and organized. My only negative review is that they have a trainer (Ramona) that ends up using 4-5 machines at once to train her clients. I was going to use a squat rack and she told me they still had 3 more sets left. To make it worse, she would have long conversations with her clients in between sets. Now I believe that if have your own gym, you could use all the machines you want. But if this is a gym where you need pay to have a membership, I truly believe you should only use a machine at a time until your done with it, that way others could use it as well. I ended up doing cardio and she never came to me to let me know when she was done with the squat rack. Very disappointed...

Ive been very impressed with how clean and orderly this gym is. Going on a year there now, and the staff is great. I honestly cant think of one complaint Ive had. Thats rare.

To much money fi3r 2 little gym just go to planet fitness better value more benefits for less money.

Had a really bad experience at this location. I was on the stair master and my earpod fell into the machine. When I called I spoke to a young lady and I let her know what happened. She said she didn’t see anything. I had to go on my lunch break and she was very rude I asked her to stop talking to me like that. I started calling other locations to help me speak to corporate and when she saw I was calling that’s when she found my earpod. This issue could of been prevented if they did their job. I’m really upset and the owner of this location won’t even reach out to me. I believe this young girl was trying to steal.

I have been to a few gyms within Albuquerque and this one is by far my favorite. The staff are also the owners. They are always so friendly and make you feel at home. The convience of having my own key to get in at any point allows me to have unlimited time and options for my workout. I am so glad to be a member of this gym!

Issues with promos and payments. Not honoring Promotion, key fob quit working. Lack of communication. States to text a certain number. No response ever. Regret 2 year agreement.Update. They resolved my issues.

Good gym. It is very clean and they have enough variety in terms of equipment. Having a high quality punching bag would make this place 5 stars. Their punching bag is simply too cheap (poorly filled with subpar material) to get an adequate boxing workout. You punch it and you hit all the hollow points. Needless to say, you will never be able to hit flush or maintain proper boxing technique with such a cheap bag... Other than that this place is solid.

A deceptively larger location that has a fair amount of machines, weights, and free areas. It does suffer a bit in the treadmill/cardio space and its certainly one of the busier places I have been to but it is clean and the variety of workout options is better than most locations. It also has a tanning both, multiple showers, and offers some classes.

From the first time to now that I became a member, i love it . Good equipment, clean, good zone, and no judgement. Its a great gym . I have gone to PF and Powerflex and Defined . Definitely love this one !

Ive been going to all kinds of gyms for years. Im a dedicated weight trainer and therfore extremely picky. Anytime is always good but this particular one is great. The owners are nice, the gym is clean and bright, they have 3 SQUAT RACKS!!! And a nice leg sled. Plenty of cardio and free tanning. The membership is totally reasonable and yes you do sign a year contract but if you actually use the facility, who cares?

Its a well maintained, cleaned, and friendly gym. The equipment is awesome and the owners really care about their customers. Very highly recommended.

By far the worst experience I have ever encountered at an Anytime Fitness location. I went in and spoke with the owner of this location, and she treated me with disrespect and made multiple discriminating comments simply because I had signed up at a different location. She made the comment that I was more probable “to steal” because I come from the location on 98th st. I have never been treated this way at any other location. After being a member for 3 years I have decided to cancel this membership. I hope no other individual experiences this sort of treatment. If you are ever treated the same way I encourage you to submit a compliant through corporate. COMPLETE UNSATISFIED CLIENT

Great place! The owner and staff are very nice.

Unfortunately I just experienced a stressful event with this Menual location. My Fiancé was recently stationed in a different state for a military duty. We had sent countless emails and calls to this location and it took 14 days to get a response back from the staff here at Anytime Fitness. In this 14 day period I was not only charged for my monthly fee but also a $50 cancellation fee. We had contacted the staff at the Menaul location before I should have been charged an additional monthly fee. We are very disappointed with the service that Anytime Fitness has given to a stressed out military couple.

Management lacks knowledge of company policies and membership details. Wasted my time and money stopping in at this location to ask some questions about a 7 day/30$ membership. I was told by Sondai, the manager, that this would allow me access ro all locations even during unstaffed hours. Knowing my situation fully(traveling to Cali on Marine Corps orders), and understanding that I was looking for a gym to work out at during my traveling over the course of 3 days, she still sold me the membership...only to find out that I had wasted my $30 completely. The access key that was given to me did not grant me access to any other locations. When I spoke to a manager from a different location she was astonished that the manager, Sondai, even sold it to me given my situation and told me to ask for a full refund. I did, respectfully contact the owner, named Ira...explained everything and asked for a refund. Instead of the owner holding her manager accountable and refunding my money, I received a response saying that Im not eligible for a refund along with some other membership offers. I could tell that she had zero regard for the people that keep her bills paid and knew I wasnt going to get anywhere with her. The incompetence would have just kept coming so I took the loss. But theres too many other gyms out there with quality ownership to have to deal with things like this. Big thumbs down 👎👎

Nice gym but rude management. I am a member of another gym and the first couple of times I went there the manager would sprinkle baby powder around me. They also had a personal trainer working out one person, but taking up three machines in a superset. In a place as small as this at a busy time, that is pretty inconsiderate.

Not anytime for people howe want a one day fitness pass . Just showed up at 08:00 for a one time entree pass en the person on the door tells me : only untill 10:00 because thats the time the office opens en closed the door directly . Wooow what a bummer!

Do not pick this place. They have hidden charges that is beyond your contract. Its a pain in case you need to cancel it cause they charge like $100 saying this and that fee. Stingy staff where they triple the price even for a water bottle..
