Great gym in a new location. All the equipment you need in a laid back environment. The customer service provided by Jayla has been phenomenal, she will go out of her way to help with anything she can!

We are new to TAP at the time of this review, but we love it so far. TAP is everything you want in a fitness facility: clean, well equipped and very POSITIVE. Our 8 yr old has attended several youth classes. The classes are offered at sevearal convenient times throughout the week. The coaches are very encouraging and well-trained. I look forward to trying out a few adult classes sometime.

Such a great staff and environment. Great and open to kids. Everyone that works there or works out there is nice and will always be ready to help. Great not just for personal but family working out. Well priced and cheap for the opportunities that are offered!

Tried the facility out a few times with a teammate and loved it. A little small but you can tell these guys know there stuff. Doesn’t have all the things a big gym has, but perfect for specialty training

I’ve been going to TAP for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it! All the coaches and trainers are super helpful and sweet. I also love that it’s a smaller gym but their equipment is high quality. I’m going to college soon and I’m super sad I have to leave it. I highly recommend going here.

My son has been training at TAP for 1 year. Hes participated in 1 on 1 training sessions, group summer training, & pre-season team training recently & I have no doubt the training regimen put together by TAP staff put him on the right track to achieve his goal of making Hope Christian HS basketball program as a freshman, which he did this week. Brandon, Coach Joe, & Coach Omar, and the rest of the staff are 1st class & professional. My son recently got hit by a ball in the head during training, they checked him for concussion symptoms, determined he had mild symptoms, and strongly recommended he sit out practice that evening as a precaution. As a parent, it was huge to me that they responded professionally and had my sons health at the focus of their efforts. I joined the gym in October and I love it. The equipment is 1st class just like the staff & the atmosphere takes me back mentally to my time as an athlete & that helps me get my workouts In. I strongly recommend TAP for athlete training for kids who want to improve & for a gym as adults.

This place is awesome: 1. Perfect size, never croweded. 2. Friendly people and environment for all ages. 3. Brand new workout machines and facility. 4. And the best: highly motivated instructors, with creative classes (especially the 6:00am). They will work with your goals on the individual level if you ask. 5. Private lessons are also an option. 6. Great place for young athletes, and for kids to learn how to workout with other people, and get motivated about their strength. Worth the price!

My daughter is attending a camp here. The instructors are very knowledgeable and motivating. My daughter loves it and cant wait to go each time!
