The staff greeted me with a genuine, hello. I felt safe for my heath, they took rigorous efforts at keeping the office; from front to back, exceptionally sanitizedand barriered. My Dentist is amazing and the very competent hygienist conpleted, one of the best experiences at a Dental Office, ever!

I was unhappy with the wait time, my appointment was for 10:00 a.m.I didn’t see the dentist until after 11:00 a.m.In my opinion they scheduled to many visits for 10:00!!!With only one dentist and the expected wait time for me being 30 minutes tops!!!The dentists service was exceptional as always

My appointment last week, went very well. I hadnt been there in over a year n I had a great visit. All the staff had an awesome attitude.. The Dentist was really helpful n very creative in helping with what I needed. He was very helpful n went out of his way to my satisfaction. He showed no signs of being irritated by the questions I had, while he answered all of them as he kinda joked.Very different from other Appointments Ive had there. I used to feel like I was just the NEXT patient.Whatever theyve done, is worth driving across town to see them.

Super efficient & friendly place! They were aware of my insurance coverage and kept me informed of what my insurance would cover etc as my appointment progressed. Very clean and modern office, so happy to have found them!

Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and I love the professionalism. I love the fact if you work with them. I had a horrible tooth pain, within my first appointment they removed it. I had an extraction, fillings and cleaning all writhing 2 weeks. I never been so happy to feel confident about my teeth.

I would like to personally thank Dr. Dentals staff for being so kind and caring the day of our visit. My ten-year-old and I both had an appointment scheduled and I was honestly nervous thinking I would have to reschedule because I had no one to watch my one year old. Staff offered to jump right in and help which of course you shouldnt need to do but they did and I am forever grateful.

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Dental. Im 42 and have only had one dentist in my life. He retired and I didnt think I could find another that could match his lifetime of skill. Boy was I wrong. I was made to feel at home as soon as I arrived. From the front receptionist desk to the dentist chair. They practice covid protocal which make you feel very safe and secure. The dentist that saw me was extremely knowledgeable about my situation. I had two teeth pulled and a filling. I never felt any pain what so ever. Ive never ever had such great treatment as I have had there. His assistant was very gentle and knew her stuff. She set my mind as ease about what they were doing. I am a disabled veteran and have COPD and they were able to accommodate me and my situation flawlessly. Such a great team. I will continue to use them as much a I can. Again they were exceptional!!!!!

Dr. Bellam and Dr. Namburi are amazing! Had a tooth extracted recently and I did not have pain at all ! They are very gentle and very knowledgeable. Staff are very nice too!

They were able to accept me as a new patient AND they were able to squeeze me in as an emergency walk-in THE SAME DAY. Of course, I had to rush there to be seen, but it was worth it! They are very professional, nice, accommodating and they accept Medicaid.

My son hates the dentist. He got a filling done this week and his words were :this is the best dentist Ive ever been to. Place is clean, staff is nice and competent, convenient location. I go in at the end of the month after almost 3 years of having PTSD from Peppermint Dental and bring petrified of dentists. Wish me luck. Ill update after my visit.

Dr.Dental is a good place to get the teeth fixed. I had 2 root canals and several treatments inluding fillings and crowns done. They gave my smile back. Drs and staff are thorough with treatment and finished multiple appointments all in a month.

Not only is the wait short, but my goodness the staff and doctors are just wonderful. I got a crown there and have had cleanings there. I cant praise Dr. Bellam, the hygenicists and assistants, and the office staff enough. Great experience. They are efficient and closely following Covid 19 best practices. I was switching to Dr. Dental from another dental practice that was big on selling crowns when not needed. It was so nice to hear we dont see any issues after they reviewed my x-rays at Dr. Dental. The cleaning was great and I am good to go for another 6 months.

Have been here for all my emergencies. Both Dentists were very patient and didn’t make me feel like I should be embarrassed about my teeth health. Very easy appointment based on my needs.

Location is convenient for myself. Wait time was about 40mins after scheduled appt. time but the Dr is great the DA’s are friendly and help explain treatment plans well. Thomas at the front desk is great and so is the dental assistant named CeCe. I will be keeping dr dental as my primary provider.

I was made to feel like I was their #1 patient. I was welcomed by staff and not judged because of current dental issues. I was assured by both tech and doctor and made to feel very comfortable. The office was very clean and strict sterile techniques were used throughout the visit. My opinion was asked and different options were explained and offered to me. Had to take my daughter there for an emergency, broken tooth. They were very professional. The were able to get us in same day and get the tooth mostly fixed (stopped the pain) and schedule her for a later date to complete (insurance stuff). I think we will continue to go there. Very friendly.

My Child had a bad molar and also broken several front teeth as they came into mouth. I was referred to endodontist to get Root canal treatment s done which I couldnt really effort to. I went to various places but finally could go to Dr.Dental with a reference . Dr. Bellam and her staff explained how the procedure happens to save the teeth . Team explained all possible options. As kids are quite apprehensive with needles and dentists, my child was also tough to manage but she got it done all 5 Root canal treatments and crowns with minimal pain(which is very less compared to the pain she had underdone). The assistants are pretty Gentle while taking x-rays and during treatment too as it took lot of time to fix the issue. Thank you Dr. Bellam and Dr.Dental staff to give my child s smile back.

DR. KRANTI BELLAM saw my child a few times. They made her come back twice, after sending her home crying in pain, because they did her x-rays wrong.The doctor was rude, condescending, demeaning, and careless towards both my child and myself. She repeatedly insulted me and my child. She even intentionally hit my child on the head with the x-ray machine.She put my daughter through SCREAMING and CRYING pain while saying it was my childs fault.We next went to a pediatric dentist where he quickly and with very minimal pain removed my childs tooth with a smile on both of their faces.This woman shouldnt be trusted with ANYONES well-being, but certainly never a childs. My daughter isnt afraid of normal dentists, but even now, several months after being seen by this woman, she cries at the memories of abuse and neglect she suffered under Dr. Kranti Bellam.

Truly the best dental experience Ive ever had. I was super comfortable the whole time and truly felt listened to and cared for. I recommend this place 100%! Also super clean as well and just overall very friendly people and place!

I love my dentist! The work they do at Dr. Dental is far superior to any work I have ever had. I had a crown that had been replaced 3 times before and I had just given up on someone getting it right. Dr. Dental took the time and replaced my crown and got it right! I am so grateful! The attention to the details is what made the difference.

I couldnt say enough nice things about this place and everyone working there. I hadnt been to the dentist in years so my teeth were severely damaged and needed a TON of work... I was embarrassed and scared to see anyone and really overwhelmed with how bad things had gotten. The people at Dr. Dental made me feel so comfortable and everything was just perfect. They didnt judge me or make me feel ashamed at all. Really made me feel like I was safe and everything was ok and assured me they would help me get back on track. Ive had 3 appointments so far and every time the experience is great (well, obviously it blows but here its as great as it can possible be) One thing thats really convenient is how you dont have to have a different dentist, orthadontist, and oral surgeon. This place does everything whether its cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, partials, crowns, implants, veneers, or wisdom teeth. They even do invisalign/braces too! For kids and adults. Another thing I love is how quick they get you an appointment. My first time calling I had an appointment that same day. Plus they do evenings and Saturdays. They also accept Medicaid and so far everything has been done for free. I havent paid a penny out of pocket which is unbelievable considering how much theyve already helped me . More than anything I want to have a pretty smile again and I truly feel like this is the absolute best place to help me gain back my confidence and achieve a healthy mouth and good teeth. I will review again once everything is complete but so far I couldnt ask for a better dentist.

I just wanted to leave a little something. When I was a kid, I unfortunately had something awful happen to me at the hands of a dentist. So ever since, Ive avoided going at any cost. But today I had to have a tooth pulled and I was petrified. I was visibly shaking, that scared. They were so very compassionate and understanding and I was in 0 pain while he pulled my tooth. I have never left a review but Dr.Dental is the best dentist office in albuquerque guaranteed. My younger sister broke her tooth and it got really bad. We tried going somewhere else but it just didnt work and we would have to pay out of pocket. When she broke it even more we needed to do something immediately and we called ahead and took her here. They fixed her up IMMEDIATELY! And she hates the dentist! If you have an emergency and need kind people that are so helpful definitely go here!!!

On Friday i called Dr. Dental looking for emergency service because i was having sharp painful pain where my crown was located. The dental office I was with they did not have emergency service nor had time to see me because their doctor was on vacation. I am so thankful for Dr. Dental and their staff for opening their services and accepting me as a new patient. I ended up having an infection and needed a root canal, the procedure needed to be done the next day, which it did. I am not having any pain and i cannot thank enough for Dr. Bellam for seeing me the same day and taking care of my situation. They even follow up to see how you are doing. You all have gained another customer for your excellent service. I recommend them for anyone who is looking for a new dental office.

My daughter had to have an emergency tooth extraction while we were visiting Albuquerque. We were able to get an appointment within a couple of hours. The dentist was knowledgeable and excellent with my daughter and it didn’t break the bank. Highly recommended!

Clean, kind and on time. My appointment was at 3pm, I arrived a little early to fill out new patient paperwork. Was getting my X-rays by three. The place was absolutely sparkling and everyone from the receptionist was kind. Every one but me had a mask on and surfaces were sanitized and covered to keep them germ free.

Dr. Dental took me in right away after I chipped my front tooth. They had me in and out in about an hour and a half and gave me a near perfect filling to match my other teeth. I would recommend Dr. Dental to anyone that needs emergency/non-emergency dental care. Their facility was clean and very inviting, wonderful people too.

The staff and dentist are very efficient and caring and take time to explain things to you about your treatment.I had phase one of my root canal on my front tooth and I was surprised at how I hardly felt any pain at all throughout the whole process.They have shaded glasses for you to wear to block the glare of the lights and a mouth rest device to allow your mouth to stay open in a relaxed way during the procedure.They take insurance and the prices are reasonable and they allow you to pay in stages.There whole facility is very clean and neat.I highly recommend Dr Dental.

I take both my kids here. My daughter is 4 but my son is still a baby and only 1. The dental assistants are very patient and friendly and gentle with them, and the Dentist is amazing. He is so nice and very good with the kids. Love this place.

My daughter had a number of issues the worst being a root canal both the dentist were super patient with her and very caring and concerned I felt really badfor the other patients because I know that we held up their appointments. My daughter was in so much pain plus shes terrified of the dentist nonetheless they tried there best and did not allow her to leave until her pain was under control. If they were really greedy they would want to continue to finish all the other work she needed done $$$$ but they recommended that she see a. Periidontist that could put her under and do all the dental work in one shot. They followed up this morning to be sure she was feeling better. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Receptionist was rude and the assistant. Both had no disregard for the personal health and well being of others. A woman from over seas came in after me coughing and told the lady she only had a passport dresses like it was freezing. It was 74 degrees out. I brought it to there attention and they just acted as if every thing was just fine. The lady wasnt checked at the door cuz she couldnt understand English. Her translator was not there with her and it just seemed sketchy so I left in a hurry.

I had an AMAZING assistant she just finished school she said she was very eager to learn the assistant seemed very dedicated to what she does i would recommend her to anyone! The lady in the front I think her name was Teresa she was very rude and unprofessional how she spoke to the women in the front and the assistants in the back much better office if she was gone no laughter in the office felt like prison

Dr. Dental does NOT even deserve a one star! If I could, I would give this place a -10. Theresa is THE worst receptionist ever. She not only has a bad attitude but she is beyond unprofessional. She was beyond rude and impatient with the new receptionist (I’m guessing she was training her) who was really working hard to learn everything, in front of everyone. The “specialists” here are so rude. Especially the female doctor. The whole team needs an attitude adjustment. The atmosphere is pretty close to that of a prison. The staff gives you little to no communication and just seems to care more about money. Sketchy place, and a bad area. Do NOT waste your time here. Go to a real dentist office. This place is unsetting.

I discovered this clinic by chance. I needed to get into the dentist quickly and just happened to notice their sign when I drove by. I read some reviews and decided to try them out. I was able to get in very quickly and even when I had to reschedule a couple of times, they were extremely flexible and easy to work with.The clinic is spotless, the staff are wonderful, the dentist is extremely knowledgeable and nice, and I could not be happier with my treatment there! This coming from a person who has had some pretty horrible experiences from much larger...and more expensive dentists in town. They are easy to get to, right off I-40 at Juan Tabo, and they even have Saturday hours. Try them out-you won’t be disappointed!
