My ex and I were court ordered to use Hartman for mediation. I felt that she was on the opposing counsels side from the beginning. She told me that I should just let my children eat beans and rice instead of ask for back child support from my childrens father. Then, when the opposing counsel pulled out a bogus case that was undocumented as a reason to not pay the child support, she sided with them because she stated that the attorney that fought that case was well-known in town, and if he couldnt win that case then how was I to win? So, to sum it up we paid way to much money for her to side with the opposing counsel with little to no legal basis. I didnt stand for my children to eat beans and rice, so we took the case to the Court of Appeals and it was ruled in the favor of my children! I do not recommend PJ Hartman. I feel that her legal advice is not sound.

Her paralegal Gracie is extremely rude, acting like what you’re asking of her is inconvenient when you are giving them your money to do her job. Definitely won’t be using them in the future if needed.
