I originally came to On Call Paralegal for my divorce a few years ago. They helped me with all the paperwork and told me how to file everything. Last year I needed to file a bankruptcy. I used them again. They were so helpful! I had a million questions and I was so nervous but they answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Even responded to text messages I sent at 9pm! Scam!!! Scam!!! Buyer beware!!! I’ll take your money and run. They took an over $300 of my money for a bankruptcy. It’s been five months I have not received a phone call email text message anything. I have two phone numbers that I’ve left numerous messages on and still yet to receive a phone call back. These people work together it is the father and daughter taking people’s money the father it’s the divorce side of the business and the daughter runs the bankruptcy side. They’re both in cahoots with each other taking people’s money. I’ve got pictures of text messages that have been read by them but they will not respond I’ve left over 10 voicemails. Beware do not use this service they will take your money terrible company terrible terrible!!!!

He used to be good; not anymore. He took our money and we sent emails and calls and he never responded in weeks then months. Is he still alive but in hiding? If anyone knows, let me know.

I agree with that other gentleman Pete Willis used to do a good job and he did help my wife and I with a few things BK back back taxes issues Federal a return for 2018 but this past year is nowhere to be found.He did our 2019 taxes I paid him for it and a tax return got rejected put the wrong EIN number on it try to reach him regarding this no luck he was supposed to help me out with my disability SSDI that went sour as well I havent communicated with him since first week of April of last year thats when we last got a text regarding the irs.gov for a stimulus checks when he messed up on the 2019 filing forgot the EIN number my wife didnt get a stimulus check because of that not too happy about that considering legal proceedings against this its not right didnt let me know I was told by IRS agent he should have let you know about the filing that it was rejected no phone calls no text nothing Ive text him called him no response youll hear from me one way or another..

My initial meeting with Tom Benson seemed promising. I paid the one hundred dollar deposit and left the office feeling good about my representation. Well, this was back in February 2020. Since then, Ive had one conversation with Tom Benson towards the end of February. I am now unable to get in contact with him. I have left several voicemails and sent numerous emails; however, I have not received any communication in return. Given the current state of the world, I have been extremely patient in waiting for a return phone call, text, or email. Although, my initial request via email was on 3/16/2020 before the pandemic unfolded. I do sincerely hope everything is okay with Tom, and if you are in good health, I hope you or one of your associates reads this and reaches out to me. The $100 I paid for no services rendered is one thing, but the time I have wasted is another. I have to take this for what it is, which is just bad business. Im sure my case was never filed with the courts. Hopefully, something comes from my review, and if my situation is rectified, I will gladly update my remarks here based on that outcome. Until then, I can only recommend people look elsewhere for representation.

Meet with Mr Benson to revise and add to my parenting plan almost 8 months ago. He made copies of all my paperwork and was told it would be 135.00 to complete. I paid in full the same day with him giving me a copy of my receipt and was told it would be completed in a couple days and would be emailed to me since I live out of town. Well 3-4 days passed and no email so I called him and no answer. I called over 15 times and leaving messages to call me. I finally drove to Albuquerque to meet with him in person and he seemed startled when I walked in to his office. I asked him I never received my parenting plan I paid you to do. He replied oh our internet is down and we can’t email at this time but when I get home tonight I’ll email you your parenting plan. He also said if you don’t get it call me tomorrow. Well no email so I called him the next day and hasn’t answered or returned any of my calls. I’ve called countless times with no response. I’ve emailed him as well and no response. The weird thing is I’ve done business with him before and I’ve sent friends and family to him. All this was way before Covid and during Covid. I showed up a month ago to his office and he wasn’t there but a very sweet lady that works in the building where his office is told me he was there earlier in the morning. So I get that he is ok and well. Why he would just lie and completely ignore me is so strange. I hope he’s not being dis-honest with his clients. Hope he makes it right when I do walk into his office while he is there with my receipt in hand.

Cant give this place enough praise, top notch service from a very astute paralegal..saving me 100s in attorney fees by typing up my die hard defense. Would recommend to any one going through debt troubles.
