This was my 3rd and last visit, due to being ignored for service. I had an appointment and my car was not touched for 40 minutes, so I left intending to go to Jiffy Lube for oil change. I found the service manager who talked me out of leaving and would get my oil changed. I did not get fluid checks or tire rotation, just oil change only. I thought an appointment meant I would get service in due time. I was planning to be there 1 hour.Not returning ever again.I was hoping to get some recall service done too, but that isnt possible.
I have been taking my vehicle here since I purchased it in 2017. I always receive great service. Jordan is great to work with, super helpful and very professional.
Staff was very friendly, however I dropped my vehicle off at 0700 for a 0730 appointment and was told it would take a half a day to replace a headlight that was under warranty. Told that the appointment only books a spot but it may take 2 hours before tech. even looks at car. Light should only take approximately 1hr. to replace. Didn’t receive a call to pick up car until 1230. If it wasn’t for my salesman allowing me a loaner vehicle, I would have been stuck without a car.
Jordyn was so professional, and genuine! Quality’s I rarely experience now days. The team did a great job with my jeep! I will definitely go back as needed!
Their overpriced labor costs caused me to not use them. They wanted to charge me $852 to change my spark plugs and $250 to change my thermostat. When I picked my car up it now stinks inside as well. It has smelled like new car all along until I took it to them. Overheard another customer complaining about how his car smelled as well so Im not sure what they did to it but its so bad I had to drive home with my windows down to try and air it out.
They found it necessary to text me on Sunday morning, during church, for the sole purpose of asking me to leave a review of their business. I’ve been requesting for four years for them to remove me from their solicitations. Why can’t I simply get a repair done without weeks/months of texts, e mails and phone calls? They are truly inconsiderate and a royal pain. Funny thing is, I didn’t even get a repair this time, I just pre paid for a few oil changes.

Annamarie is an amazing salesperson. She suggested a vehicle for us but there wasn’t one in stock so when my husband and I went in he saw the Jeep Grand Cherokee limited and I fell in love with it. We will be going back to Annamarie again and I have also referred people to her.
Very timely. Just make sure you make an appointment thru phone before you go. cause their usually packed. Staff was very accommodating and answers your questions. Waiting room and Restrooms was clean.
Only problem I had was that after the service was performed, the vehicle sat there for 20 minutes until I went and asked about the status. Other than that, pretty good service.
Diego is always very kind to me when I come in. I forgot to ask him to arrange a ride for me home but I chose to walk home for exercise. If Diego is not there I’m usually not greeted when I walk in the garage area. Some workers will say hello but I’m usually left standing hoping someone will assist me. It pays to know Diego
This service dept has a customer service/management problem. Jordan is great, but I had the misfortune of calling when she was on vacation. I called almost every day for two weeks. Each time a human answered the phone and directed me to someone’s voicemail because they were busy and no one ever called me back. I did manage to connect with a human tech once and they said they needed to check on the part and call me back, they never did. I asked for the service manager and got voicemail, no call back. They had already diagnosed the problem earlier, I just needed to know if they had the part in stock and if not order it and schedule me an appt for after it arrived. For some reason that was almost impossible. They need to figure out a different system if they’re not going to listen to voicemails and respond to them.The funny thing is I started going to this dealer because at the other Jeep dealer on Lomas no one even answers the phone in the service dept.
Appointment was made for oil change, it took them 2 hours 40 minutes to complete. Service advisor was nice and apologitic but it would have been nice to have known that they were running behind when I got there and set the expectation that would be waiting awhile. Also, my oil change indicator was not even reset.
The reason for the low rating is that when I got my vehicle back the steering wheel was FILTHY, covered with grease and something gritty. In this time of COVID it should have been wiped down anyway, but certainly if the mechanic got grease on it it should have been cleaned.
I brought it in for a recall the first peyI spoke with stated they changed the oil as part of the recall but I was charged.Also I asked them to clean it but they didnt.
Jordyn got my jeep in quickly to adress a start stop issue and found it was the main battery. Had it replaced, was in and out in no time. Thank you!

Went in for a recall and asked to adjust cabin and map light frames as I replaced with LED lights but couldnt get the frames to set correctly. Was charged $140 for the service. I get it, 1 hour going labor, but $140 was a bit excessive. Dont you think? Pleased but hurt my wallet.
My car was in their shop 3-1/2 days before they even started working on it and that wouldnt have happened even then if I had not physically gone back to the dealership to check on progress. I has left a text and two voicemail messages with NO RESPONSE. A systemic problem as no service advisor was tracking my vehicle. One service advisor thought it was transferred to another advisor who thought it was a third advisors responsibility and of course, therefore, NO ONE was paying attention. Where is the service manager in all this? How can service advisors be transferring vehicles that they checked in to other advisors without authorization from the service manager?? Not a good business practice in my opinion . They never provided or gave me an estimate of repair and when they told me the cost it was substantial sticker shock. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION through this whole process.
Gas cap needed to be replaced.However today 8/14/21 the gas cap light is back on w engine light. I will need to return to shop for it to be ck’d again.
Technician couldnt find anything wrong with the vehicle, reviews state issues with transmission TCM on a 2016 jeep Cherokee still looses acceleration around 50mph. Accident waiting to happen!
The new owner LHM does not have the same levels of inspection, their multipoint inspection is not as thorough; but the staff is still pleasure to work with.

Appointment 8:30am, said 1 1/2 hours, called them at 1:00 said would be ready at 2 or so, appreciate uber and work done.
I had an oil change done - I plan to keep using them, but I was invited to leave a review, so here goes - ever since Covid, the oil changes are super expensive ($85). Also, we have had an oil drip for at least the last three oil changes, just enough to be annoying.
Got replacement key fobs, Casa staff made the process easy, only took a few hours.
Customer service is great here. I always get email alerts and the staff is helpful and friendly.

I was waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for they were also supposed to replace my windshield fluids and didn’t not the first time either if I didn’t get the package deal I would have taken my Jeep somewhere else, the guy was nice enough but seriously 3 hours?!?

It took several calls to final make an appointment. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and waited 3 hrs to get my oil change done. After getting my vehicle back I checked the tire pressure, it was way off. I’m not satisfied with the work that was done.

Slow as a snail service. Only coming here because I have a warranty if I get my oil changed here. When that runs out I’m going somewhere else. Anywhere else. It makes no sense why it takes so long to change oil. I’m there at least a couple hours every time I go!!
