I was overall disappointed by the team at the service department. They did do the oil change and maintenance check, but the customer service was definitely not there. I was assured when making the appointment that I would be able to get a ride back to pickup the vehicle after servicing. When I got there, they said they cannot guarantee that I would be able to get back. Also, the βcar washβ was slap shod. Overall, I felt disappointed. This was my first time trying the Larry Miller service department on Coors, I will choose the service center on Lomas next time. They did customer service much better.
Hyundai Albuquerque understands how I care about my Genesis Coupe. My time is valuable and I need my vehicle to always be in prime condition. Martin and Josh take care of whatever the issue may be and look forward to possible issues that can easily be avoided in a controlled situation instead of as an emergency. Labor rates are fair and service is backed by the Hyundai name.

Took forever. scheduled appointment a week in advance and they waited an hour to let me know that they didnβt have a filter for my car, even though they knew what type of car I have a week prior. they ordered the part an hour into me waiting so I had to wait for it to get there and for them to complete. my appointment was at 3, I left at 5:30. it should not take that long for just an oil change. they sugar coat and say theyβre almost done so that you think youβre almost done there instead of being straight up
The folks here are always friendly and professional and do good quality work. Josh the service advisor did a great job of keeping me informed about what they were finding, and the car was ready when promised.
I had an insurance claim repair to replace my gas tank. For months I reported the smell of gasoline inside my vehicle and white exhaust on acceleration. Eventually I discovered that the tank was leaking around the seal. I contacted them, took my car in and began the insurance process all over again. I was told that to repair it, i would owe roughly $800 dollars. From then on, my adjuster made numerous attempts to contact this service team to determine if this was needed due to diffective equipment or service related. The service manager was extremely unprofessional and refused to cooperate with us or answer any questions. I made several attempts to contact him as well and NEVER heard back. I ended up taking the car elsewhere and discovered that the clamp on the filler neck hose had slipped. Makes me wonder if they even looked or just assumed I wouldnt question the situation. I appalled at the lack of responsibility and professionalism from this service center. I drove for 8 months with my kids in a mobile gas chamber because of their negligence.
In my adult life I did not go back to the dealer for service due to experiences I had. Imagine my surprise when I took a chance on these guys to service my new Hyundai. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with.

Was sold the car I bought with a expired emissions tag I go to school in Hobbs and they needed me to go back to rio rancho to have the vehicle inspected before I could get registration. Couldnβt go to another LHM Hyundai by me I had to go to that specific one. Waited at the dealer for almost 3 hours for this inspection because someone needed to show up to bring some sort of paperwork. All in all the service was good but some of the sales team or the record keepers arenβt the greatest. Would recommend the service department for repairs

Even with an appointment for oil change wait can be 2 hours or longer. Theyre always booked a week out in advance. Not a place to get your oil change done on the spur of the moment. Staff is courteous made us a burger while we waited and dropped us off at the mall while oil change being done.
Did wait for about 3 hours even though I scheduled an appointment. They informed me of what is recommended for my next visit, which is good because I know what I need to take care of on my vehicle.

As usual, Larry Miller Hyundai did a stellar job: they explained everything they did and carried out the work efficiently.
It took 3 hours for an oil change! When I asked why it was taking so long they wanted me to add maintenance that was unnecessary or that was already done to my vehicle in the previous oil changes. Then they brought me the wrong car at first then lost my tire cap on the process. It was just very unorganized and unprofessional.
With appointment we dropped off am, notified when done picked up pm. No fuss, on time, we will use again.
Great experiece, my complaint is just a poor design on the protection of the a/c condenser by Hyundai. A rock hit it and that makes us liable, the grill doesnt protect it enough. How is this my fault, poor design with that part of the vehicle.
The people were nice enough but as of yet my car isnβt fixed. They did a bunch of repairs in March that were very expensive, then in July the car sputtered and stalled so they replaced the battery. In august the car again sputtered and stalled but they say itβs my fault cause I donβt drive it enough so the battery dies. It dies while youβre driving it so I donβt think that counts. Also I waited two days for a ride from them that never came π€·π»ββοΈ

Regular maintenance, however tire had been loosing air. It had to be replaced. Not happy that it was not covered under warranty!! Should have replaced it elsewhere, because cost was high. Not happy about that.
I went in for my free service from buying a new car. I received a text stating how I could pay. I replied that I did not need to pay and asked if the car wash was going to be charged to me. I never received a response. I had a scheduled appointment and was there 10 minutes early but it took them over 2 hours to change the oil rotate the tires and wash it.

Carfax asked me for a service ratingI gave them one star and this comment:Every year in the fall I get the oil and filter changed on my 2010 Sonata.I use only synthetic oil at $7+ per quart. Every year when I get back homeI check the oil and it has always been at the full dot on the dipstick. Anoil and filter change requires 4.5 quarts. On October 2 this dealerchanged the oil and filter, but when I checked it, it was down 1/2 quart.I was charged for 5 quarts of oil.If you add the charge of 5 quarts for 4.5 quarts and the half-quart lowreading on the dipstick, thats a full quart overcharge.
