The past two times I have taken our 2020 Traverse in for an oil change as well as requested the back sunroof shade/cover to be fixed. The first time I was told that the part needed to be ordered and I would be called, I was never called. I called asking about the part with zero returned phone call. The second oil change I told them when setting up the appointment that it needed to be fixed on the phone and the part was reportedly ordered and the lady said she would look into it and call me back and never was called back. When I dropped it off I told them it needed to be fixed and the service man told me he would look into it. When I picked it up it was not looked into and he asked the service manager and the service manager said it was never on the service request the past two times. Then he walked away and did not care that it was an issue. Another service person said I had to make another appointment. This car is under warranty!!!! The service at CASA is horrible. We own a Toyota and we have never had a problem with the Toyota service department.

I took my 2015 Silverado 4x4 crew cab LD to RELIABLE Chevrolet for a Brake Assist Pump on July 7, 2021 - July 24 2021 they sat on my truck with no service performed, So took the truck to Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet . Rod Rodriguez lodge my Truck in and told me they wont get to it till Monday or Tuesday of the following Week My Truck was Completed That Tuesday July 27, 2021 . I Thanked Rod for picking up RELIABLE Chevrolet Slack . I will Be doing more Business with Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet . The Service Manager at RELIABLE Chevrolet Was Very Pleasant, I dont think he Knew how his Service Advisor Performed Her Job .
There is a young man working in the service department named Rod Rodriguez who was completely unprofessional and when I had questions about a warranty I purchased through the dealership he refused to refused to look up any information for me and told me that I could look up My own information. When I was just trying to see if the 3 oil changes I purchased would be valid after the one year mark he proceeded to ask me what is it that I am confused about, look up your warranty information chin. When I told him Im not confused just wondering if you could save me the time digging through paperwork by looking it up in your system he stared at me like he wanted to square off and fight . I wont even be using my 3rd service through this company because of the awful experience I had with this young man I have friends that work for Larry H Miller dealerships and I will no longer be referring any business nor will I be shopping within this company again. I have Have a business where we turn Chevy trucks into fleet vehicles and I had planned on continuing my business there up until this last oil change I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere and you can thank Mr. Rod for that period
This place was bad from the start of purchasing this car . Oil change was scheduled, screen shot of apt. Got there and told I dont have an appt, then told the online scheduling they ask you to do does not talk to them in service dept. Everyone you talk to has no idea or care about anything you ask . When I bought the car the papers were thrown at me die to having my own financing and using theirs. I could go on and on. Wish I never bought the car . Westside was as bad with my Jeep I bought.

Took way too long and never answered my phone calls when I called to check on my vehicle. When I got my car finally, I drove it around in the parking lot and the transmission cable fell off which caused me to not be able to put it in any gear, I called someone from their service staff to come look at it and he got the mechanic who worked on my car to look at it. The mechanic said I needed a new cable and tried quoting me over 200 for a new cable after I just paid 1100 to get my car out. After I said I couldnt pay for a new cable because I was flat broke, the mechanic seemed upset with me that I couldnt pay for a new one so with no other option I asked if he could tie the cable on for now until I fix it later on and he clamped it on in about 20 minutes and said not to blame them if it fell off. They should have found that problem in the first place and added it to the bill I just paid instead of adding a new bill, these people think Im made of money or something,like I cant even work because I have no car at the moment and now I have to worry about my cable falling off and I wont be able to drive. And how are you going to get upset with someone because they cant pay an extra $200 for a $40 cable. Im 25 with no job,theyre lucky I was able to pay to get my car back at all . But overall awful service, they did fix my transmission thanks to the warranty company I pay for monthly, but then charged me for other parts that my warranty couldnt cover, and didnt fix the transmission shift cable

Service was performed but price seemed excessive and representative reluctant and to explain cost associated when customers asked. Would shop around before going to business in future.

They have had our tow truck for a year now and we still don’t know what’s going on with it, we do not get calls back from AJ and when we call we get a bad attitude from David I believe could be wrong on the second name … yea he’s really bothered after a year how so you think us the owners of the vehicle should feel

I bought a 2002 Suburban however the seller did not have the key to lock the center console. I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon and the gentleman working in the parts department was very A) Very Polite and Courteous. B) Knowledgeable not only about the part but also where to look for it.Unfortunately the part I needed was no longer in production. He did offer a couple of suggestions on how to resolve my problem. Altogether a pleasant if somewhat disappointing interaction.Update: I actually found a guy on ebay who, with the 3 digit serial # on the lock cylinder, mailed me 2 keys for around $15.

Completely disappointed do not take your vehicle here to get repairs of any kind. I bought my vehicle in first safety recalls. They have my vehicle back to me leaking oil. Took it back so they could fix their mistakes they gave my vehicle back making a loud noise sounds like something is wrong with a valve or something. When I took it back they told me thats how its supposed to sound. Absolutely worst! If you go here have a attorney ready! Wish I could rate negative stars
At the moment of arrival a sales person came up to my husband. When he realized we werent interested in buying a car he began to disrespect my husband. My husband is not a tiny guy so you can imagine how he behaves with other people. Once his manager heard the discussion all she said was Ill talk to him again (again?!). From there nothing was done. Extremely poor experience. Will never come here again.
