Ive worked with Aquila for almost 15-years (mostly Bill) and theyve been consistently excellent: reasonably priced, prompt, reliable, and friendly. What Im most impressed with is theyve been proactive – even after my reservations are made, theyve occasionally contacted me when a better detail has become available such as a better airline seat or price. That level of customer service is rare and worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Just found out that our recent terrible travel experience was arranged by this company. We had assumed it was an intern it was so bad. Southwest flights, hotels with bed bugs, wrong names on airline reservations. An intern making arrangements would have been better, and cheaper.l as you would not have to pay for their services as well. Terrible!
