Very inclusive program from start to finish. The people there were extremely helpful and explained the entire procedure. The cost was very fair for what was included and all options were explained. I was extremely happy with the people and the process.

After the very discreet, sensible and deeply respectful experience I and my sister had upon the death of my 92 year old mother, I wanted to be sure my own final arrangements were covered as thoroughly as Neptune covered hers. We were so well taken care of and had to make zero decisions except to pick up the phone to have them come to collect her body. She always assured us everything would be handled and it was. I received information and made contact with Shelly Broome. We talked once or twice on the phone and then I said let me think about it and Ill get back to you. I like that she didnt bug me and after about a month I called her and we got together. She is a warm and caring person - almost like a personal friend. She explained everything, answered every question. Absolutely no pressure. I am obviously still alive so I cant vouch for what happens down the road but I can say if the company is half as good as their representative (Shelly Broome), I am confident all will be taken care of and will take the burden off of my family.

Great service, comfort, and communication. Neptune Society provides a variety of packages that fits everyone, including the Veterans package. Prices are more reasonable than funeral and mortuary providers.

Caring, professional people that take care of your needs during a difficult time

Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location. They are experienced, compassionate, and worked with me every step of the way. My particular experience in taking care of my loved one’s affairs was very stressful and logistically difficult. My loved one passed unexpectedly and it was a heartbreaking situation. I flew in from the other side of the country and most of my difficulties came from retrieving personal effects from the Office of the Medical Investigator. To their credit, they are inundated due to COVID and eventually helped me out. I want current and prospective clients to know that Dave and Grace at Neptune went above and beyond to help me get things done. I can say that these people will “do the right thing” when it comes to taking care of your wishes.

Fortunately, my parents had made, and paid for, their final arrangements ahead of time with Neptune Society. This was truly a final gift from them to us. Overall, having Neptune Society handle the details was wonderful. However, more specifically, Dave and Dawn in Albuquerque were more than wonderful. They both are kind, caring and patient which is exactly what one needs while dealing with the death of a loved one. So, from our family, Thank you Dave and Dawn!

The service has been good and they helped organize burial at sea for my family. They have made a difficult situation bearable.

I immediately went to Facebook and posted my experience about it along with contact information for Neptune Society. Im so happy to have been able to take care of this big worry Ive held for so long.

I was hesitant to buy a burial policy as it is not a pleasant thought, but my dealing with Neptune Society and Karen Zinn made it easy and a heavy burden lifted for me and know that when the time comes, my family members will not have any financial issues.

Constant unsolicited mail for cremation. Annoying to say the least. Their last mail indicated they are updating my file and wanted current information for it. RED FLAG! They have a file on me???? I called the number listed in the mail, and it was indeed neptune society here in town, at the address indicated. At first the guy laughed at my indignation at getting these mailings! After he realized I was serious, and getting a little hot he told me it was a scam. I responded that it was neptunes address, and phone indicated in the mail...the wind up was he will try to remove me from the mailing list. Yea right! Isnt there enough BS in this world without having to receive mail (unsolicited) for my own cremation? I dont trust these guys and would never recommend them! Tired of their beep-ing mail. I had to give at least one star to be able to post this, not sure they deserve it.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I cannot express enough how amazing the experience was. My father passes unexpectedly in New Mexico and we had to get the ashes to California. David at the Neptune Society was so professional and helpful. He handled all the crazy family calls and ensured the process was smooth and my Fathers wishes were carried out. The process was so caring and compassionate. Everything was beyond what I could have expected. If you do not have a policy with Neptune, Id highly recommend getting one. It really takes the guess work out of it. Your loved ones wishes are documented and executed in the most compassionate way possible. Dave was amazing and I cannot recommend his services enough.

Wonderful service for pre-planned and at time of need cremation services. Very reasonable.

We received outstanding service from the Neptune Society from the very first phone call. Dave Slaten, the Service Manager, treated us with the utmost kindness and respect, patiently explaining every aspect of the process, including a careful breakdown of the expenses. In addition, he was always fully prepared for our visits (paperwork, etc.) and, as promised, he called to let us know when my father was actually being cremated. Patty, the Office Manager, was unfailingly polite and courteous every time I called and made an excellent first impression. The office is pretty, clean and cheerful (!). Mr. Slaten does a wonderful, meticulous job and clearly cares about his clients. My mother and I were so relieved to have found such a courteous, professional and compassionate provider. I cant recommend Neptune Society enough.

Like VULTURES perched on a branch trying to force people to think about using THEM as a service for burning up your body...while you are still alive and loving life. REAL CREEPS. STOP YOUR UNSOLICITED JUNK MAIL TO PEOPLE...YOU ARE VULTURES.

This company is sandalous and downright creepy. It just goes to show thatsome people will find any opportunity to make money without any dignity.If you do take your loved ones to this masoleum for cremation then youhave to really question whether theyre your loved ones afterall. Neptunesociety is HORRIBLE!!
