Worst Experience! They have had my mother for over three weeks and to date she has not been cremated. They do not call back after leaving messages. Once I do get a hold of someone, they promise to keep me updated but they dont. The Mass has been pushed back once and probably will need too be again. The Cremation Society has made a loss of a family member even worse.

Even while working around Covid-19 restrictions, the organization maintained a clear channel of communication from the beginning to the end of the process that ensured I was fully informed of progress. Certainly recommended for those seeking a cost-conscious option that is committed to the highest-level of client service.

When my father died suddenly in NM, I was in RI and had to manage Dads end-of-life affairs from far away. Elizabeth and all the staff at the Cremation Society of NM were extremely comforting and made a very difficult event a lot easier to handle. I am so grateful for their patience, kindness, and extraordinary compassion through every step of the way.

From the very first call they were very professional and sympathetic concerns and needs. They took care of the arrangements to take possession of our loved ones remains. The next day we met with Lisa who explained everything and was very sympathetic and helpful with our decisions concerning our loved ones cremation. After we were done, true to her word, she called each step of the way as it was completed informing us of the next step and approximate time of completion. Also with each call she asked how we were doing. This was done until all that had been arranged had been completed. We were very pleased with them. My friend died unexpectedly with no family to help with her arrangements. Lisa led me through the process with patience and concern. She was available to explain and clarify things I would need such as death certificates and taking ashes across state lines. I really wouldnt want to deal with this situation again but if I did, I wouldnt look anywhere else for the help I needed.

Do not buy any urns or jewelry from this place and especially the jewelry. I bought a dog tag that was so tiny and they represent that your loved ones fingerprint is on it. It is so small there is no way that is true and then charged almost $200.00 for something that cost maybe $20. They are like predators that prey on people who are vulnerable and grieving. SHAME ON YOU.

CSNM cared for my brother when he passed. They treated him and all of his loving family with tenderness and respect. I would highly recommend CSNM to anyone finding themselves in this difficult situation. We paid for their services, but they went above and beyond to be there for us and to be as helpful as they could even though we had to go with the very least expensive options.

Throughout the process, Elizabeth and everyone at Cremation Society were sensitive to our loss and treated Rickys body with the utmost care and respect.

Called this cremation service last week. Left messages that were never returned even though they said that they would get back to me within 30 minutes. Not even sure that they are still in business. Big sign on Juan Tabo, no activity around the building. Finally gave up and went with Riverside.
