I brought in a few shirts to get cleaned that Ive had for over a year and Ive washed them myself several times with no issues - you would think that by taking it to professionals they would be o.k. When I picked them up, half of one of the shirts was completely faded (see photos), it was covered in thread pulls (see photo - this was all over the shirt), and the fabric felt rough like it had been starched (which I didnt ask for). Its supposed to be a dark blue but parts are almost totally white (you can see how dark blue its supposed to be in the photo showing underside of pocket). Other shirts that were cleaned as part of this group were covered in tiny flakes of paper/dirt that I had to spend some time removing (lint roller wouldnt remove the stuff) and several shirts are now covered in pills (that were not there prior to Granbury cleaning them). When I went back to ask the shop owner what happened to the faded shirt, she blamed the manufacturer, she accused me of bringing in a shirt that was already damaged to scam money out of her, she said it was b/c the shirt was old... everything but Im sorry. She said we washed it according to the tag - in cold water... first, I took it to be laundered, not washed; second, if that was the reason then why was only half of it faded (and having washed it several times myself prior to this, the dye wouldnt fade all of a sudden unless they did something to make it fade). After arguing for 15 minutes she agreed to only partially refund what I had paid them to clean my clothes, which is not even close to the cost of the shirts she ruined, still never saying sorry. As an interesting side note, I also had some pants being cleaned that I took in separately before the shirt issue, and she told us it would take a week before they were ready. After this issue with my shirts I told her I wanted my pants back b/c I didnt trust them, but I was told she couldnt find them and to come back in the morning... the next morning when we went to pick them up they had miraculously been cleaned a full week earlier than we were told and of course they wanted their money for them. But wait, I thought it would take a week to clean... oh, not when you want them back before they can get your money.I understand that mistakes happen, but sorry goes a lot farther than accusing your customer of trying to cheat you. BEWARE - they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. There are much cleaner, more reputable dry cleaners in town that we will be using from now on. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Been using these guy for the past year. Exemplary service. The gentleman that runs this location is also helpful and friendly. They always get my military creases correct! I recommend them to anyone in need of dry cleaning services.

Granbury has been doing my cleaning for about a year. Everything is perfect and it is reasonably priced. I also take my close with spots there. They hem my pants for a very reasonable price. I’ve also referred other lawyers there, and they are happy.

I recently moved back to Albuquerque and asked friends about where was a good place to have my laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations done. I distributed my laundry among 3 cleaners. Granbury Cleaners was the BEST BY FAR of any of the others I tried. The personnel at Granbury were extremely professional and courteous ... and the product was FANTASTIC... (not to mention that the price was very competstive)! I will recommend them to anyone!

Found this place on Google needed to dry clean for a wedding and I have to say Im very happy. It was cleaned and prepared in the time frame I needed and presented in a very professional manner. Very friendly service. If I did not live out of state I would come here again!

I called around noon on a Friday needing my large coat by the next day. (Knowing full well that was short notice and may not be feasible!) They told me they would do their best to do that for me and they Did! Had it done early afternoon the next day and they didnt charge me extra either. Super reliable and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Brought in a hat for my dad. Was really dirty and once it was time to pick it up. They did a good job and cleaned to the point that it looked almost as good as new. Only reason for four stars was that when i tried to call them, they didnt answer until the fourth call.

If you need quick and dirty then this is your place.I had multiple shirts cleaned and honestly they look more dusty then they were when I dropped themoff. Thank you for doing it on time (I asked if it could be done within 24 hours). But that doesn’t mean sup-par work is acceptable.My shirts were clean but wrinkled when I dropped them off (just moved out here) and returned linty, dusty, and wrinkle free. Not sure if it’s worth it. Also, it looks like they were washed then pressed, not dry cleaned.I was asked to give a review in return for the speedy service, so I’m upholding my end of the bargain.

This is my go-to dry cleaner in the area. The building is a bit dated and the parking lot is kind of tight but the owner is very nice and they did a great job on my clothes. I have not tried their alteration service but plan to in the near future.

This place was late to give me back my sons eid outfit and ruined 4 pairs of pants I gave them for alterations. Would not recommend them.

I brought a jacket in to get buttons sewn on and have it cleaned. Aside from having my jacket for a week, it was ready a day late and it wasn’t even ready when I picked it up. I got charged for a cleaning that never happened. There is still dog hair and small spots on the jacket that were the reason I took it in. I know it wasn’t cleaned because they are not stains and easily came off when I cleaned it myself. When I asked about it they told me there was nothing they could do, but leave it there and run it through the cleaner again and I don’t have time for that because I’m leaving town. No offer for any kind of reimbursement or admitting that it wasn’t cleaned, just brushed off. One can only hope the buttons actually stay on.

Needed my husbands suit dry-cleaned overnight for out of town job interview. This cleaner quoted me half the price of the other place I called which is why we went with them. They not only got it done in less than 24 hours, they also caught that the Hem on the pants had come undone and fixed it for us in the same amount of time. All that and still for less than the other place I called!

Sent my comforter to be cleaned and it came back in a cleaners bag but had not been cleaned. It took over 4 weeks to get it back from them clean. Price was $40. Should have gone to Ti-dee Laundry for $1.10/lb instead. Will never come back here.

Excellent customer service, and they leave your clothes clean, pressed, and spotless! Just know that after an extended period of taking your clothes in, the buttons on dress clothes will suffer damage.
