Professional response when initial work product (cleaning area rug) didnt meet standards. I had used for renewing brick floors and was very pleased with results. The owner holds all employees to a high standard and lets them know they are responsible for providing quality customer service. I would use again as prices are reasonable and is a local small business.

This is my 2nd experience with SaniCare. The 1st time, they cleaned a sofa and loveseat and cleaned my brick tile flooring. Today was sofa and loveseat again. They do great work, and they show up when they say they will. Professional, responsive, organized, and very customer focused. I highly recommend this business, and will definitely continue to patronize this business.

This is my 3rd incredible experience with SaniCare. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable & accommodating. I called on a whim and they picked up my rugs a few days later, returning them the same week! Upon arrival, they offered to help me unroll my rugs & rearrange furniture. We had SaniCare clean and re-seal our kitchen and laundry room tile floor. They arrived on time and were very professional. Ron and his crew explained to me what was going to be done beforehand. I cant say enough good things about this company! From the estimate to the finished product, everyone was very professional, friendly, informative, helpful and honest. (Some things would not come out as I had hoped, but they told me that from the beginning.) That said, the Fiona Stone floor and grout came out better than I thought it would! They did a great job of removing 16 years of dirt and patched up several areas that had cracked grout. While they were here, I asked if they could clean 2 upholstered chairs. They did that at the same time and they look terrific! My Chinese rug is still with them being cleaned and I hope it will be as good as the rest of their service. They were careful, considerate and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended to many friends.Well, I got my clean rug back and am very pleased. They really worked on it to remove all the stains and deep dirt. It looks great. Once again, everyone was really nice. Whenever I need something cleaned that they can do, I will call Sanicare!

We purchased an 8 x 11 wool rug in 2007 that we had cleaned elsewhere several years ago - at that time, it was stretched out of shape. I stopped by SaniCare and spoke to Sheryl about the possibility of getting it cleaned and shaped. That afternoon, Ron, owner, came by to see the problem. He thought they could clean the rug and restore it to a sharper rectangle. It arrived today. The delivery guys Manny & Josiah were terrific. Our rug looks better than it did the day we purchased it. The shape is nearly perfect. We are so happy to have our rug back! SaniCare did a terrific job. Highly recommended!

I have run into this Ron character on two different gigs now with my construction company and I have got to say that man sounds like a real monster. I dont see how there are so many high reviews on here after seeing the way this man operates his business and speaks to his boys. I will never recommend Sanicare to my clients after observing that type of treatment. The work may look good when it is done but I have a moral code that prevents me from lining the pockets of people who abuse their employees. No thanks Sanicare. Ill take my recommendations elsewhere.

Sani care showed up in a timely fashion and re stretched the carpet in three of my bedrooms. I have been using Sani care for years and have recommended them to many of my friends.

Although they are expensive for cleaning a cheap area rug, it came out looking great. There was no odor, no fading or shrinkage and it looks better than it did when we bought it new!

Our carpet is pretty old and really needs to be replaced, to be honest, but in anticipation of having company visiting us from out of town, I called SaniCare in the hopes that it might possibly look good enough without replacing it. After SaniCare worked their magic the old carpet looked so much better!! They were prompt and professional as well as extremely nice. And, happily, we were able to put off getting new carpet until a later more convenient time. I highly recommend SaniCare.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As a former employee I can tell you that they are not sanitizing their tools at all. I worked there for 2 weeks and never once was allowed to clean the hoses or tools. They are dragged from house to house spreading germs and viruses.THIS COMPANY ALSO DUMPS SEWER RUNOFF IN YOUR YARD OR INTO THE STREET WHICH IS ILLEGAL.They do not offer health insurance of any kind but claim they care about their employees in a labor intensive job.Repeat customers asked why it was never the same technician twice because the kost senior employee has been there for 3 months.Overall this company is very expensive for the work quality you receive as a customer because the employees are not trained or taken care of well enough to do a quality job. Stay far far away from these evil people.

When I called a week before a large wedding in our home, I wasnt expecting they could fit me in. Not only did they work me into their schedule, when I called a few days before they arrived and asked if they could include more rooms, Brandon said it would be no problem.Our carpet was horrible and it hadnt been professionally cleaned in over 5 years. We are preparing to replace the carpeting but my husband commented that after Sanicare cleaned it, we should wait a bit. We couldnt believe how it looked after they were done. Here in New Mexico, we thrive on small local businesses. Let me tell you about one that you should absolutely be using.We recently moved into a new home that wasn’t cleaned before move in. We called SaniCare right away to get the air ducts cleaned, the tile and grout cleaned and seal, the carpets shampooed and protected and some upholstery cleaned as well. I couldn’t have made a better call for our new home. The cleaning was handled with care and completed efficiently. A week or so later our dog decided it would be good to use our formal living as a restroom and my daughter had made a mess of her food pouch on another carpet. SaniCare to the rescue!

Going through the loss I experienced because of a slow water leak was tragic. Three rooms were affected. I lost carpet and a beautiful Oriental rug. But working with Ron and his team was so wonderful. As soon as I discovered that the dining room was under water, and we had the water off, I called Sani Care. A team came within 30 minutes. They had all the damage stopped within an hour--while I was tutoring a student in the other room! Ron and his wife dropped by later that night to double check that everything to my satisfaction. Over the new few days, the team of two young men came back, tearing out sheet rock, trim, baseboards, cabinets. The best part was the quality of their work. No, the best part was how courteous and dependable these young were. I actually gave them the key to the house and let them work when I couldnt be home. They were that trustworthy. A friend was visiting once when the two young men were working at the house. She commented on how courteous they were. I would tell people who have been through this kind of crisis, Call SaniCare AND NO ONE ELSE!

Due to a leaking water pipe, my Santa Fe condos brick floors needed heavy-duty cleaning and then resealing. Ron responded promptly to my inquiry and came from ABQ to discuss what was needed and give an estimate. He was knowledgeable & professional. His team arrived on time and did super work while I was away from the house for 3 days. They carefully moved furniture & put it back; found & saved for me some jewelry Id lost in the house, and cleaned up afterwards so the only sign theyd been there was an almost-like-new floor.
