Gave them 4 stars at one point now now removed them. Don’t know what happened but over the past year and a half lack of communication. Connie used to help us a lot we even had her own personal number so she could help us. Everyone got changed and now I think a new company took over and they keep raising the prices like every 2 months, went from 10 dollar increase to 15 dollar increase less than a year in a half an no one told us anything. Every time we go, we pay an increase. What is going on? I understand the pandemic is going on but the increase is too sudden. You shouldn’t offset the whole price to your customers and all too soon.

Ive always liked the convenient location and the Managers were very kind and helpful. Security and hours are great.

Stay away from this place ! $50 in late fees seriously that’s almost another month of rent !!! Extra space storage has the same unit and for half the price .... I’m Paying $90 over here and $50 at extra space storage for the same size unit . I still can’t believe a $50 dollar late fee WOW THATS ROBBERY PRETTY MUCH !!!

Both climate controlled and regular units are available in sizes 5x5 to 10x20 and larger. Newly resurfaced, units are more easily accessible to clients. You can enter with your code from 6am until 9pm or through the front office during their business hours. I have had a unit here for over 2 years and find them to be easy to work with and helpful.

I used this place for storage when I movedback to Albuquerque and had a positive experience. I moved out of my apartment 6 months or so ago and went back BECAUSE it was a good experience. People were nice, compassionate, caring. This time, terrible experience. Im a single mother of 3 children and I had to depend on my family members to help me move into my new home. My family were only able to help on the weekend and because the Saturday was one day into the new month they are charging me for a full month. A worker tried to talk with a supervisor, Connie, who was a completely different person this time around. She asked if Connie would extend for me an extra day so that I can get out; Because I rent a large unit and its $135 per month. When the worker returned my call Connie was in the background (how disrespectful to not talk directly when youre making a huge decision that will impact someone financially) saying that the rules are the rules and I will be charged a full month regardless. Inconsiderate, unprofessional and money hungry. Those words describe the way this place operates.
