Like giving a low rating to a movie youve never seen?Competitor votes probably.

Ive stored my RV there for the past 3 years and have been more than satisfied the whole time. Phil, the site manager, does walk-throughs each day and notifies owners of any unusual circumstances or appliances that were unintentionally left running. The place has high walls, security cameras, a dump/fill station (that even the biggest rigs can use), and electrical hookups (my rig was always charged and ready to go when I was). Being a covered facility, each RV is protected from the ravages of the sun and the fading and peeling effects it can cause our RVs. The RVs are also protected from the freak hailstorms we sometimes get. This is a big plus. If I have a need for an RV storage facility in the future, this one is at the top of my list.

Phil runs a very tight ship. Hes on top of making sure everything is well taken care of and has eyes on the site at all times. Very impressed with the location, security, air /dump/ potable water station, and ease of access to the highway.

Excellent facility! Secure and well managed. Remote control gate opener, water and clean out on site, electrical outlets available, 24/7 accessible.

We stored our truck and fifth wheel here for 9 months and Dan, the guy that runs the daily operations, was super friendly and helpfull. He helped us getting new batteries installed after the old one died on us. He was easy to reach and kept us very well up to date. The storage itself looks great and the facilities are good. Would recommend this to anyone and if we ever get back to Albaquerque we will use this facility again without a doubt.

Has large storage spots. Covered my 32 foot Class C. Not bad pricing. Great people working there. Has security at night.
