We have our RV and trailer parked at abq self storage for $144.00. pricing is decent only down fall they close at 7pm.But on the other hand my stuff is safe and never messed with.

Lovely people, very fair w/me when I had a disaster affect my stay. 42 years in the biz, fine and secure. 2 thumbs up!!

This place should be listed as the best storage company in Albuquerque..owners/operators are phenomenal people who truly care about their customers and their community.Two months later....unfortunately, I must retract not only the 5 stars but also the review. I was under the impression that these were kind and generous people. Much to my disappointment, they are sadly, like all the rest. Money hungry bottom feeders who lead me to believe they were waiving 3 months of fees due to our unexpected financial situation. Not only did they go ahead and charge me, they tacked on 3 months of late fees, filing fees, and postal fees! And now are threatening to auction off our unit. I appreciate all of you who take the time to read my reviews, and hope that you pass this along. I cannot understand how this company has been in business for such a long time. It really bothers me to my core when my faith in humanity is restored, and then ripped out from under me like this.

Stored a vehicle there from August-Nov. 2018. Well lit and secure fencing on lot. Staff/owners eager to help and easy to work with. Sent keys out from GA for transport company to pick up. They started the car for me to make sure battery wasnt dead. Also had cover blow off. Called to let me know and graciously put it back on and secured better than I had.

Very nice people, Very understanding, They remembered me by name. Always treated me very kindly.

My wife and I have a unit with them, this very clean and reasonable priced unit is exactly what we need and the staff is caring and respectful I have never had any issue with them they are amazing. I recommend that you consider them as an option even if theyre a bit far from downtown. Best possible experience.

Had a car parked here for the better part of a year and never had a issue. Was late a few days on a couple payments (because I forgot) and they didn’t make a fuss about it. I’ve dealt with about a dozen different storage units and have dealt with about as many grumpy people at the desk, that is not the case here. Always a smile, always polite and you don’t get the “used car salesman/I want to keep your stuff” vibes off of anyone here. As far as I know it’s a family who cares for their costumers and let you know. Big thanks to everyone who works at abq self storage! Storing your belongings is never something anyone wants to do, but when you have to the people here make it simple and greet you with a smile. I will be using them again in the future when I get project cars that I can’t keep at my apartment. Nothing but good things to say... again, thank you all! -Austin H
