This location is great and the manager has been super helpful to me whenever I had any questions. She made the whole experience so much better and easier for me! The prices are great and access to the unit is convenient as well.

The property manager was extremely helpful and courteous!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and am STRONGLY considering using the storage facilities..Kristel i believe was her name? deserves a raise!!

I highly recommend this Storwise location. Krystal is great, very helpful and personable and the property is clean and secure. The units at this location are also very reasonably priced over others.

I called StorWise and talked with Kristel the General Manager, 10 minutes before closing. She said she would stay open for me to stop by to discuss a unit. Kristel was very helpful and professional. She showed me an available unit and we did all the paperwork for me to move in the next day. She ended up spending an extra hour after closing to accommodate me. Talk about great customer support, StorWise has master this. I highly recommend using this storage facility. I am one happy customer!

Kristel was absolutely amazing with me. We kept a truck at the facility for quite awhile and it had a flat tire among other issues. She went way way way out of her way to accommodate me and our company with many different things. Tried to help air up the tire with her truck and air compressor, offered to help out and drive me anywhere she could. Just blown away by how great she was with everything, especially since I have been all over the country using lifestorage, public storage, etc.... and have had some pretty terrible experiences. A wonderful employee you have! Thanks again for all the help!!

If you dont mind dirty and cheap, this is the place for you. If you are expecting any type of professionalism, forget it! I rented a unit for 5 months. On a Sunday, I desperately needed some stuff from storage, but when I got there I discovered that they had changed the gate lock and neglected to give me the new code to get in. I left 2 very angry messages on their answering machine, and received a return call in 10 minutes, which is pretty good for a Sunday! The girl who returned my call laughed and said I must be one of the customers that she forgot to update with the new code. She did not even pretend to offer any type of apology. When I expressed my frustration, she laughed and said well you have the new code now. On my way out of the facility, I encountered another angry customer who was frustrated that they had not bothered to give her the new code either. If I ever need to use another storage facility, it certainly wont be this one - I have absolutely no confidence in them.

Decently priced units, not super enclosed as a few months left my items heavily dusty. It was a bit of a struggle to contact someone by phone during COVID, but once I got through they were nice and helpful.

Its a convienient location just one black North of I25 and Paseo on carmel, across the street from Aloha RV. Its an older facility its stood the test of time. A bit dusty... We simply rolled up a rug and placed inside the unit just in front Of the roll up door problem solved. They really work with youas to the payment or past due amount... When moving thats priceless... They arnt after your belongings if your a little late... Meaning they dont rush out and cut your lock. Very reasonable rates...

Do not take your RV here. Someone broke in and used the toilet. Disgusting!!! They still charged us rent and were unapologetic.
