I would HIGHLY recommend Bill and Mike’s Automative for your car repair needs. Mike was so kind and so incredibly helpful. I was planning on leaving my car at the shop to be repaired but they were able to squeeze it in and fix it right then and there! They really care about you and your car here, and I won’t be taking my car anywhere else in the future for its needs. Plus, it’s a family owned business and it’s so important now more than ever to support these shops!

Bill and Mike are true professionals! I was stranded by a check engine light on my RX-8 last night. I was referred to their shop, so I rented a hotel room and showed up this morning. They were busy, as customers showed up as soon as they opened. They immediately started looking at my rare car. They identified the problem right away, and ordered the parts to be brought to their store. They even secured a ride back to my hotel. They were very prompt, and didnt overcharge me, even though they knew I was stranded. Every single customer who went inside and knew me as a new customer, told me that I was in good hands and was at the right place. I would highly recommend them for any of your mechanic needs, big or small. They definitely go the extra mile to take care of their customers, no matter how long theyve been taking their vehicles to their shop.

In the middle of my road trip from KY to AZ, I was having car troubles during my stop in Albuquerque. As a 22 year-old woman by herself, this was a nightmare. After calling a couple auto shops nearby who couldnt see me same day, the lovely receptionist at Bill and Mikes told me to bring my car over. These people went above and beyond for me. After explaining my situation, they made sure the part my car needed was brought exceptionally quick and their prices were more than fair. While waiting in their shop, they offered me food and drinks and even let me bring my cat in his carrier with me since I didnt want to leave him in the hot car. This was probably a normal day for them, but they eased my worries and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I wish I was an Albuquerque resident, because I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else! You would be doing yourself a disservice by not choosing Bill & Mike.

I took my truck to Bill & Mikes for warranty work on a Jasper transmission. They checked it out and they ended up helping me get the whole transmission replaced. On a scale of 1-10 I give these guys a 20 ! You wont find a more honest shop and you wont find nicer people anywhere !! Thanks guys for your hard work !!!

Bill and Mike get one star for sloppy work and unprofessionalism. I took my car in about two weeks ago, and I had to get a few things done to my oil system . Oil change, battery, valve covers and other things of that sort. At first bill and Mike made a very good impression they were nice, but that is all just a cover-up. Ive had my car for only about a week and I started to experience really bad oil leaks my engine was smoking ! They didnt even screw some bolts on properly and Im 100% sure they drained my oil in my car and forgot to replace it . I took it to different mechanic and even they can tell that these Guys did sloppy work they were lazy and now my car has more problems than when it arrived at Bill And Mikes Auto Shop . I am very disappointed because I am young and I use all my savings to get my car fixed and I got ripped off and when I called them to let them know that I was having problems I never got a callback, nobody reached out to me to let me know When I could have someone look at my car. From what ive heard B&M were great mechanics back im the day, but i guess they dont live up to that reputation anymore.

I couldnt recommend a more knowledgeable, honest, or friendly repair shop if I searched. After a series of repairs from,my car guy, I had the car towed to Bill and Mikes, where they literally diagnosed the issue before I had even returned home. Reasonable prices with a neighborhood honesty long lost with so many businesses. I cannot recommend these wonderful folks enough to those in need of exceptional auto repair! 6 STARS!!!

I brought my car in because another mechanic suggested that I might need new rear brakes soon, so I asked Bill to keep the car to take a look at that, the oil, and just do a general once-over. He called me a few hours later after doing the once-over and changing the oil, and he told me I did not need new brakes. He could have easily taken advantage of me and changed the brakes--I would not have been the wiser--but he didnt. Because of his honesty, their business is earning this 5-star review and my future business!

Bill and Mikes Automotive is a top-notch repair shop. No one else knows more about repairing all makes and models than these guys - there is a reason theyve been in business for such a long time! Theyve kept all of my familys cars running in good shape for a long time. Heres an example of the great service theyve provided to us over the years: The headlight covers on one of our cars had become cloudy, so the covers were limiting the brightness of the beams. Someone at Jiffy Lube tried to sell us an entirely new set of headlights, which were too expensive for us. So I mentioned the issue to Mike after they finished an oil change and asked him if I had any other options for cleaning the covers. I already cleaned the covers for you, he said. I noticed they were cloudy and thought you might have been having trouble seeing properly. How kind was that? So yeah, Ill be a customer for life. Now if only I could remember which one is Bill and which one is Mike . . .

I had been needing to get my engine checked/fixed but do not make enough to spend $600-$700 on that kind of repair. Found these guys, read the reviews, & gave it a go. They were super friendly, offered me refreshments while I was waiting outside for my lyft, & then had my car done by 3. I expected to possibly have to leave it over the weekend, not to mention I walked out of there for under $430. Great service, great people & great prices. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs, keep being awesome yall!

The best people, and the best and highest quality work! I dont live in Albuquerque anymore, but I just needed some work done on my car. It made me think back to these guys and how lucky I was to have them take care of my 1989 VW GTI for ten years! Under their expert stewardship, that car sailed right past 300K miles, and might probably still be running today, if a truck hadnt backed over it in 2007! I miss Billy and Mike (and Coltrane, too!). Not only do they do excellent work, they always had a smile and words of friendship for everyone who came in the shop. Im sure thats still true. Give these guys your business, without delay!

Mike saved me a ton of money a couple of months ago by not doing an expensive repair that an unscrupulous mechanic had said was needed. He could easily have done the repair and I wouldnt have known any better. His honesty really helped me when I needed the money badly.And today, he stayed late on a Friday to wait for me to pick my truck up after hours. He had told me it might be Monday and could easily have just waited until then to call, but instead stayed late to wait for me.I cant praise these guys enough. Affordable, honest, and good at their jobs. I wont be going anywhere else.

Bill and Mikes is now the only place I will take my car. I went to two other highly recommended shops, one wanted to charge me $600 for a front brake job, the other wouldnt even look at my car. Bill & Mikes fixed it for half because and guess what? I didnt need front brakes at all, but they did replace the back ones!. Those other two places tried to take advantage of me.This is a family business that is honest, reliable and exudes kindness. Kudos!

Isnt it amazing you go to a mechanic to repair your car and pay nothing?I thought I had to replace front struts of my car. After an online search, I saw this 5 star rated place. Met Mike there and asked him about the cost. He told me that labour cost was $200 and I could buy parts from them or anywhere else. He even showed me parts online. After doing inspection of my car, he told me that my car was in good condition and charged me nothing. So honest and friendly!Also met other guys, who are Mikes family members. All are friendly. Thank you all.

I was recommended to this place to take a look at my car and figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to them on a Friday at about 10am and they had it fixed and back to me by 3:30pm that same day. Good price on the repair and they were really good about everything. Theyre a good spot to take your car and theyll give you a good price on the repair.

Came in to have an Oxygen Sensor replaced on a 1996 Chrysler Sebring. It took longer than usual as the Auto Store I bought it from, gave me the wrong part.., but Mike & his crew got the right one in and ONLY charged me for the 1 hour of labor, as quoted! These guys do a great job and the Customer Service is OUTSTANDING! It is DEFINITELY worth the TRIP to take your car in for repair here!

I have known Bill and Mike for 30 years. They have always done good work for me that they stand behind. They treat customers like family, and are honest and genuine in all they do. I cannot recall the number of times they have been there for us when we really needed them; once even saving our vacation at the last minute by stopping everything to fix our air conditioner as we were on our way out of town. You can trust them to keep their word, and to make sure things are done correctly. We feel lucky to have never had to worry about having an honest mechanic!

After experiencing years of Abqs other mechanics ripping me off and selling me more than I needed, I decided to have Mike work on my familys Bronco. Mike and his team were straight up about the trucks problems and gave me a fair price, a timeline, and I went ahead and ordered the work. In this case it was a huge job the bronco needed (slave cylinder, flywheel) hours of work, at a decent price. My bronco ran for months like a new truck, shifted like the wifes 15 Hyundai, that smooth! Then I had an alignment pin break in the rear r leaf spring. Mike and the guys got it done in just a few hours and again at a great price. These guys are fair, honest, and trustworthy. They are MY mechanics from now on. - G . G.

I was sent to Bill and Mike’s when the guys at AutoZone couldn’t safely remove my car battery. There was so much corrosion built up on the terminal that the bolt appeared fused and impossible to remove! That was NOT a problem for this shop! Mike was able to help me right away and was an absolute delight! He was able to remove the bolt and took the time to clean everything off! The customer service I received made me feel taken care of which is rare when dealing with most automotive shops. I would absolutely recommend these guys!
