My friend car Wasnt working so well so we pulled over call Triple A and waited and waited and waited for 5 hours and then they told us that they only can take 1 person with the driver and there was 3 in the car and the guy that picked us up was Wasnt friendly at all lucky there was this lady and her son offered as a ride thank God that they were nice people Out there we did not get hurt it was scary to trust a stranger we had our car hood up And people kept on stopping in asking us if we were OK and we said yes we called Triple A they laughed and said good luck they wont come for hours if they do and they were right so sad
Nice people that will work with you. Last year of printed Tour books so thats a bit of a bummer. Right now doors are locked but they let you in if not crowded due to Covid

Hasnt been good. Underwriting discontinued our insurance without letting us know. I found out when I called in after not getting a bill. Come to find out Underwritingwill not approve our policy because my husband works as an independent contractor for Instacart. Smh....apparently no insurance will cover my car because of this. Just AAA NM didnt have the courtesy to atleast let us know. Seriously, unprofessional for such an insurance giant like AAA to stoop to such low standards as canceling our policy and not informing us of the situation.

If ya need insurance or or anything else talk to Mir sharifi he is a very nice guy on the phone and in person and helps any way he can to give ya the best deal and honest and made sure had all the coverage I needed for my vehicle most places will keep pressing ya to get other stuff he didnt he let me know what it covered and if I ever chose to add to what I had to let him know and left it at that so if need other insurance yall will who I go through I have head injury so some stuff dont understand right away so if I had to double check something just to make sure I understood it right he was patient with me made things so much easier.

Im writing on behalf of my spouse, who has received such bad service, it boggles my mind. Every day Im hearing new details about this ongoing drama that AAA has left for us to deal with by ourselves.She was trying to figure out why our new monthly payments were so high. The representatives that were on the phone with her were so unhelpful and incapable of providing the information we needed, she ended up having to stop payment on the insurance until AAA could finally work with us on our concerns.She has emails and e-signed documents that state AAA wouldnt take money from her account until the issue was resolved. Lo and behold, they took the money out anyway, including the money that they incorrectly charged because of an error on THEIR end.She went back at it with AAA on the phone and they stonewalled her with 1-800 numbers that were answered by out of state employees who could do nothing for us.She ended up having to get OUR BANK involved, which is now conducting an investigation because AAA cant get it together. So now her account and our insurance is in full limbo and shes still getting the 3rd degree from this business.What a wretched way to conduct yourselves, AAA, you should be embarrassed. Once we solve this issue, you can be sure well start shopping for a better insurance provider.

This particular Triple A, office offers a little bit of everything. I personally insure my automobile there and also have my renters insurance with them also. They also have a wide range of services besides excellent insurance rates. This store also offers many vacation packages that you can come in and browse to see if youre interested in the many locations to have fun. Not only do have very knowledgeable staff working there to help you out with any questions about any destination you may like to visit. Their always willing to help you out with anything you may want, Oh! did I mention that they also offer pass ports, they have the whole set up so you can get up and go . Those that have Triple A insurance can pay your bills right up front at the service desk as soon as you walk in. Believe me this saves on having to mail your payment in saves time too. They have a bevy of I information in the way of brochures explaining everything and anything concerning places you may love to see. Not only here in New Mexico but all over the world. Believe me theirs a little something for everyone. Their store is clean and well maintained and yes they have restrooms for their customers. Theirs ample parking and easy to get to off of Coors Blvd, as a matter of fact you can see the place from the street. The agents are courteous and will answer all your questions. Im not sure what their hours are but you can always call to find out. Check it out when you get a chance, Im sure you wont be disappointed.

The best deal in my NM town for auto insurance. Ive done my due diligence this way in comparing in 2016 & 2017. Homeowners insurance was near $500 mark for in the city as an introductory rate and I liked that a lot! This office is always well staffed, courteous when Ive come in and on the phone, multicultural and gender mixed in employees, and generous with any needed maps. On a trip, my friend had an issue with the rental car, and AAA took care of the situation. The rental car company would not charge me any extra coverage because of AAAs reputation for coverage. Im glad for being connected with them. Keep up the good work, AAA!
My insurance agent is professional and friendly. Unfortunately my rates are increasing due to the amount of auto theft and crazy speed demons causing accidents. Im not sure how they compare to other insurance companies. Be aware, they wont pay you the full amount of what your vehicle is worth when you have been in a accident even if it wasnt your fault.AAAs MVD department are limited with the service they provide.
No customer service what so ever
I use the AAA on Coors in ABQ. They are very helpful when I go see them. When I called a few weeks ago, shortly before Thanksgiving, the phone rang a long time before it was answered and it turned out the person was in Las Cruces! She was pleasant and helpful as much as possible, given her location- I was calling about trip information. In regards to the roadside services of Triple A, we have always been satisfied with these. My only issue is occasionally it can be a long wait for the tow truck to arrive. ( over 45 min) However, they have always been able to solve the problem or tow us, etc.
Overall experience was fast and friendly service.

Made the switch to AAA after Summer gave us a great quote that out beat all other quotes we received. Gave her the down payment and signed the documents to get the policy established. We get a phone call 3 days later stating Summer messed upon the quote, the premium is now higher and that they required an additional down payment......even though we had already signed the paperwork and canceled our existing insurance plan. After talking with Summer and her manager Daniel, they say there is nothing they can do for us to fix their mistake, and that we have to pay the additional money. PLEASE learn from our mistake, and do your research about AAA before you move forward with them. Their lack of attention to details has cost our family more money and the customer service (lack there of) to make it right with a client has me already searching for our next insurance provider. And rest assure, Ill be sharing my experience about AAA with everyone, in hopes this doesnt happen to others.

I am a new member to Triple A. I have had a really horrible experience so far! Do not provide this company with any credit card information. Unfortunately they will over charge your card without authorization. Its thievery and bad business. I am switching companies as soon as this policy expires! Do not waste your valuable time or money with this company.

Member for 16 years, rethinking that. I wanted to purchase travel health ins., receptionist said an agent will be right with you. Then later tells me the agent is out to lunch.. can you wait. I did...then she comes and tells me the agent has another appt. So either they are incompetent or another customer came in that is more profitable!

I wish there was a 0-star option for this one. I love their road side services, but will NEVER get insurance through them.I just called the Albuquerque Coors Rd. Location to request a quote on home insurance be emailed to me. The agent I spoke with was Leonard and he was very rude, and is single the reason I will never get insurance with AAA, and will be changing my auto insurance from AAA to another agency.He literally could not let me finish a sentence. He interrupted me every time I spoke. He was not willing to do any work on his end (such as look up the home information that he would be covering) and wanted me to sit on the phone the entire time he drew up the quotes I was asking him to e-mail me because I needed to return to work.If getting a quote is this much of a hassle I shudder at the thought of what kind of hassle/inconvenience, at what will most likely already be a stressful time, I would be faced with if I ever needed to make a claim or had any questions.When an individual is shopping for insurance they are speaking with multiple agencies and agents (if they are intelligent). I would expect him to make this as painless and easy as possible for a potential client. I guarantee in comparison to the other agents I am currently working with he has been the most difficult.I will be removing my current auto policy from AAA and will not be using your insurance services in the future.I do recommend someone speaking with the agent, and covering a few basics as to what customer service is, and how important current and potential clients are to keeping your business. After all, it is clients like me who keep you in a nice home also, are we not?
Stopped by in person to get assistance with obtaining discounted tickets to Elitch Gardens in Denver as advertised by AAA’s website. Instructed the rep that the website was not cooperating with single day ticket purchases but zero attempts were made to even ask for my member number, fake click the keyboard, or even a pretend phone call. I was redirected to the obsolete website. Helped myself by calling the Denver AAA office directly who were able to assist me with common sense customer service and solutions to this issue.
Same thing has just happened to me as to Angela in the other review. Got a quote, took my payment, and I signed the paperwork. Now Im told I owe $169 more. Got it down to $140 but it still is the principle of the whole matter. I received a quote and it was a signed agreement. NEVER sign with AAA!!!!!
I have two policies, mind & my daughters. Mine has more mileage for towing. My daughter (college student) was stranded late at night on the highway 70 miles from town. My daughter gave them her policy #. I called her & told use mine so she would not be charged. She was told by towing company, it was too late it had been processed. She callled a customer service, she was told to submit original receipt for reimbursement. Two months later they refuse to reimburse her $100. I spoke to Marilynn Crosses supervisor, who is very knowledgeable in the policy, however lacks customer service skills as well as listening skills. I have been a member since 2013, I have 3 family members on AAA? I pay for the service, yet she would rather lose my business then reimburse a college student? She said she would have her boss call me, it has been 2 days & I have not received a call back. Horrible customer service 😟

I discontinued my insurance membership with this company in Feb 2018 because Jeromy Hockett at the coors branch doesnt know how to do his job. He screwed up my insurance policy and got me mixed up with another account. After i discontinued my insurance, these guys tried to collect more money out of me by saying that 1) i didnt pay my premium for March 2018 and 2) that i didnt have coverage for when i canceled my policy. They thought i was stupid that i was going to cancel on policy without having another insurance policy in place. they tried to collect more money from me even after i had statefarm send them a policy cancellation notice (in which they didnt want to accept because theyre stage 5 clingers) and chose to send me to collections. I ended up disputing with the credit, which was really easy and they removed it from my credit report. Moral of the story, dont get involved with pyscho company like AAA because they cant handle divorces very well.

Vehicle Broke down...Called AAA for Tow or Jump start..was told it would take an hour and a half...I was about 15 min. fromAlbq. and about 10 min. from Los Lunas.Towing company called me from Albq.and had no Idea where the Isleta Blvd.- Hwy 314 exit was. They told me I needed to know the exit number. Since the vehicle broke down after I exited the freeway..I had no idea what the exit number was.I called AAA and told them to forget it.Question:why use a towing companyThat does not know the area?To my knowledge there is only 1 Isleta Blvd.-Hwy 314 exit. South of Albq.Worst experience ever...2 hours on the side of the road.Finally called a family member to help.He was there in under 20 min.I will never use AAA again.

I use AAA New Mexico, I needed an international drivers Id, so went to AAA. Not hard to get, easy, and needed to drive in Ireland.
