Never met her. I signed with an agent who has since closed shop. Neither Larisa or that agent or Allstate contacted me. They just removed my information and sent it to my husband who is in another state. I am scrambling to get the insurance identification card. They are still taking my money out of my account for the policy though. Perhaps call someone when you are handed their account next time, Larisa.

I have never received customer service help like this before in an insurance office. They are a team that helped each other toward helping me. My only problem with this review is that it only gave me 5 stars. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and patient in saving me $300 on my homeowners insurance, with better coverage as well. They are very patient and understanding and this came in handy when getting me up and running with Drivewise. I got bundled with auto and an umbrella policy too. Both of these policies were better than what I had. I feel like I have a secret and if I talk too much the secret will be out and I wont have their excellent service for myself anymore, which made me hesitate in giving this review. Great office. I highly recommend them.

Communication was excellent. Very clear and understandable processes, terms, dates. Never got lost in the shuffle.

Received a flyer in the mail with our name and address stating an annual estimated premium of insurance for $516.52 a year. We called and spent a good bit of time on the phone giving our personal info including a credit check. The quote they gave us in person was $2,896.00 a year. This is very different than the flyer. We wasted our time and the agents and think this is very misleading.

Larissa and her staff will assist you with your insurance needs without a hard sell. I am happy with my auto vehicle coverage and recently added renters insurance.
