I am not the type to complain in a review but....I feel this is much needed. I went to this office the other day just to see if I could add a driver and vehicle to my policy. As soon as I knocked on the door and asked if they were State Farm (there were multiple door to this building with multiple businesses so just thought I would ask)I was immediately given an annoyed response by a middle aged lady with blue eyes and dark grey/black curly hair. When telling her about the endorsement I wanted to get a quote on, she went on to say she could not do that if the driver and I were not married....her responses were short and rude. I asked additional questions just to make sure I was asking the write request because I am an insurance agent for another company and have never had any issue with not being able to add a driver who is not married to the policy holder! I just told her “ok, never mind thank you” after being given short responses, feeling unwelcomed. I later went to Steve kunkle’s State Farm on Wyoming where I was greeted kindly & even offered drinks! When mentioning my visit to this State Farm, Wyoming State Farm had told me that they do not know why I was told otherwise by eubank State Farm. I would stay away from this place & go get your free soda and warm hearted greeting at Steve kunkle!
The Merkley group is great. Statefarm as a whole is good until you actually file a claim. Then they make excuses for not covering damages. Moving on to a better insurance company!
Always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient!
John has been our agent for about 20 years. He is a very professional agent and provides great service. Highly recommend him.
Weve been customers of this office for over 10 years. In that time, weve had two teen drivers and a couple of accidents. State Farm has been flawless in their responsiveness to every situation weve been involved in. I dont see going elsewhere any time soon.
I called for roadside assistance because my ride broke down. Worst experience ever dealing with roadside assistance (long story). Then when i switched insurance companies i find out they marked it as an at fault accident... there was NO accident!!! I called state farm and they are not helpful in any way to get this taken off of my motor vehicle report. Thanks state farm for jacking up my insurance rates for every other insurance company! I will be telling everyone about this. UPDATE: After dropping statefarm and moving to a different insurance company I was hit by a driver carrying statefarm insurance. This driver backed into my PARKED vehicle and statefarm is only accepting half responsibility of the accident. After several months of trying to get this resolved I have been forced to contact my lawyer. This company is clearly filled will shady employees who fail to call back, deny responsibility for accidents that are clearly theirs to pay for, and who get a kick out of pissing off customers (theres more than I cared to type). DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE. And pray you dont get hit by someone carrying their insurance.
Simply the best crew!
