The people here are very nice and respectful they have good customer service and they are fast they help get you in and out as fast as possible as long as you come prepared with all the right paper work and documents that are needed to complete the process and as long as you dont have anything wrong that will prevent you from getting your whip registered you should be in and out within a few minutes. They are all very helpful as well they will do what they can to help you they also have great deals I shopped around before I decided to go with them because I only had a set amount I was able to afford and they had exactly what I was looking for they were actually way less then what my set amount was so I was left with some left over cash thats always a plus

Terrible customer service. I was on hold for more than half an hour when I first called. Hung up and called back later only to be put on hold again and then they hung up on me after being on hold for about 15 min. After I spoke with them I thought my issues were resolved till my paperwork came in the mail. They had the wrong name, THE WRONG NAME. Now to be fair Im no insurance expert, I would think that the proper name would be important but hey they are the professionals we are supposed to trust with our sensitive information lol. You decide for yourself if you want to deal with this company. I am now insured elsewhere and much happier.

Very good for insurance due to the variety but the wait time is very long to where you can sit for 30 mins and theres still 2 people ahead of you.

Google says they are Progressive but they arent. They are licensed to sell Progressive but they are an independent contractor. False advertising, I say.
