I am a disabled Veteran and have water/rain entering my ceiling since may. No heat because of rain damage. IDogs understand why Allstate is so uncaring

I called requesting a quote. We decided not to go with the insurance company. We had insurance coverage. They billed me stating that they covered me from March 12 to 27 for $41.78. I called 3 x advising them that we were not going with their insurance and that I had coverage else were. They advise me to disregard the bill. They sent me to collections after 2 months of none payment. The collection company had me fax my current insurance coverage so they can notify Allstate of coverage. Dont waste your time with this company and get a quote. There are more professional and places to work with. Got sent to collections for an insurance quote! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had many issues at the beginning with this agent and her staff. First, she gave me a premium that I did not ask for and a couple months later, I found out and she had told me, I thought you wanted that policy. Why would I want a policy with a high premium. When I call to ask questions her staff put me on hold to call the 800 number to get answers. Lastly, I emailed her local agency to cancel my policy twice and called a couple of times to make sure it had been cancelled. It was not! I received a collection letter from them saying I owed on a cancel policy in February but I cancelled the policy in January. Never responded to my emails or does not want to take my calls!! Very unprofessional and lack Knowledge.

I only have positive things to say about Krista Sanchez: Allstate Insurance. I worked specifically with Aaron Werner on a new home and auto policy. I had such an easy experience with Aaron; he was extremely professional and beyond helpful. Prior to Allstate, I had been with the same insurance company for 10+ years; I was feeling anxious about switching to a new company. Aaron put me at ease and made this traction as seamless as possible. Due to my work, I have extremely limited time to take calls during the work day; Aaron went above and beyond to rearrange his lunch schedule so that we could talk on the phone and finalize the policies. Aaron was also easily available via email and replied quickly. I found his reply time and follow up admirable. Throughout the entire process, I felt that Aaron had my best interests at heart and that I was receiving VIP treatment. I would highly recommend working with Aaron.

Recently I to look for a new Allstate insurance rep, I found a convenient location near my house with a friendly knowledgeable staff that was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Krista L. Sanchez and team for helping my family transfer our insurance to your firm, we feel that we are so much better hands with you guys at the helm.

Move policy to New Mexico. Julian professional, friendly. Easy peezy.

I like being with Allstate. They helped me lower my car insurance and helped me with home insurance as well. I like Krista L. sanchez office because when I call them they help me. Also Lydia has been very helpful with taking care of us. And still is.

Krista is always willing to work around your needs. I love the fact that i can get everything done by email or online with her office. She has proven to cover all type of policies including landlord coverage (rental properties). Highly recommended and easy to work with. She is not pushing to sell you unnecessary items

Allstate is the worst among big insurance companies. Their employees are so arrogant and incompetent that could not set up an appointment in over a month. Definitively I do not recomend Allstate!

I wish I could give them a lower rating because they like to call and remind you that your family died. I had called them the first time to report that she passed away, and they were very helpful, but the same person LINDA that I talked before asked why we took her off. Then her boss defended her saying its because she calls alot of people and just forgot to put it into her notes.Its great when people remind you that one of the only people that you cared about in your life is DEAD.THANKS LINDA.When someone dies in front of you, I hope people are nicer to you LINDA & KRISTA.

This was my first experience with Krista Sanchez Agency. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Will never use this agency again moved our auto because they lied about a claim and would never send proof if insurance cards and left home insured with them and now that we sold the home in Jan they still had insurance on the property and wont refund the the prorated amount we are owed. The funny part is they are the ones who called me saying i have a check ready.

Called several times and still waiting for a call back regarding support with American Restoration who wont stop harassing me for more money although they were paid if full through Allstate.

Good insurance company and good email communication is nice but not annoying only send relevant information and reminders and drive wise not perfect but can’t remember when my last insurance company ever gave me a discount
