I called to get a auto insurance quote, the person who helped was Eva, she was fast and nice, it was super easy to get the my quote, she help me to save more than $140 a month, I was more than happy to switch companies.

This is almost as bad as my last insurance company, I definitely recommend Allstate but not this location. They do not get back to you on anything or even give you notice’s. Dean’s page on allstate supposedly has a bunch of good reviews but the service here is horrible. Please don’t waste your time here and go to your other nearest location.

Dean Chaney and his staff have always been very helpful and quick to get my questions taken care of. All are so friendly and would recommend this office to everyone.

This company canceled my homeowners policy after 12 years of business with them and zero claims in those twelve years. I received no notice other than my mortgage company sending me a letter stating I had no homeowners policy. Patronize at your own risk!!
