Worst agent ever!!! I’ve been with them for a year and have never heard a word from them. I just contacted their office almost 3 weeks ago for a homeowners quote because we are buying a house and still haven’t heard back, we always have to leave a message. We are DEFINITELY changing agents!!! Don’t waste your time, money, or energy with this one! And trust me, I’ve been with State Farm since 1986 and they are the WORST by far!!!

Jesse is awesome! I currently rent one of his business properties and he is quite a knowledgeable guy, who takes time to actually help people who need it. this mans skill set in insurance/business is compassionately rare to be honest.. If you need help go to him.. His been in the game a long time... His experience will definitely achieve the results your looking for... And that adds up to nothing but pure quality service that you deserve for what you pay for when it comes to the handling of your insurance policy.

SF is a terrible company, and Jesse Leal is one of their mouthpieces. Be sure to interrupt Jesse Leal when he feeds you a line of B.S. he reads off of his screen (he loves that)! Jesse has bad cutomer service and is unprofessional at best.

I asked to have auto pay turned off and that I would pay my bill on the 1st either call in or online. Of course they didnt turn it off and they auto withdrawn my account when I was short on funds causing me to go over $200 negative in my account and I have to pay a overdraft fee, thanks guys...

When I called to get a quote on full coverage insurance, somehow they managed to change that without approval. My insurance rate when high, and in attempt to get this issue resolved I spoke with the agent, he told me theyd review the calls, and call me back. They did not call me back, when I called them again they refused their fault of messing up my policy but said they would be able to give me partial refund on the next statement. Im still being charged the same amount and cant get anything resolved.DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. In the past they have been extremely helpful. Not so much this time.

Nice at first all of them, his whole family yes they all work there.Then when something happens they cant help you.He thinks hes better then everyone elseAlways talking about how many clients hes gotAnd he dont need your business really mean person.Im reallythe fool for staying with him for 2years

I came from an insurance company that did not give me what I needed. Something terrible happened and I did not get the help needed. I went to Jesse and explained my situation and was given the policy that best fit my situation. They have amazing service and I would absolutely recommend going then to a friend.

This guy has dropped the ball multiple times he didnt put my vehicle in the system properly when I switch vehicles so when it came time to file claim because something happened to my vehicle State Farm had no idea what I was talking about then when I called him because I obviously had paperwork but for some reason he didnt put it in the system properly good thing I had paperwork to back it up.Still never took accountability for anything he did.The worst agent Ive ever had!

Jesse Leal and his team on Eubank in Albuquerque n.m. ARE the bomb. In the best way possible. They care about there clients and there situations.

Jesse provided me some retirement planning that helped put my mind at ease. He gave me the numbers to back up his advice and even though it wont let me retire now which I want, I do look forward to a better retirement experience when I do!

I would not recommend this agent.They were great until they made their sale. I moved over a policy, their employee input all my information wrong and almost caused me to be dropped, Jeannie was working to fix it but when I questioned her on why all my information she gave me was different then the letters I got in the mail she sent me a snippy Email capitalizing words and still continuing to lie about my rates. I called Jesse because I didn’t appreciate the way she talked to me and I still didn’t have the answers I wanted because my rates didn’t match online, he said it took a while to reflect correctly but not to worry I was going to be billed right. He was going to allow me to get billed a larger and incorrect amount that they never disclosed to me, it wasn’t until I called the contact center that I finally got a straight forward answer and was advised I wasn’t going to be billed what Jesse told me I was going to be billed the higher amount. After that they wouldn’t respond to calls, emails. I would even call the contact center requesting them to reach out to me and I’d never get a response.The service I got here was rude, and careless.Needless to say it costed them our business and I will be sure to never recommend this location.

I switched to Jesse Leals State Farm office about 8 months ago, and I am consistently pleased with my experience so far. The staff are always courteous, professional, and always willing to help.

I called for roadside assistance because my ride broke down. Worst experience ever dealing with roadside assistance (long story). Then when i switched insurance companies i find out they marked it as an at fault accident... there was NO accident!!! I called state farm and they are not helpful in any way to get this taken off of my motor vehicle report. Thanks state farm for jacking up my insurance rates for every other insurance company! I will be telling everyone about this unless i get a call from statefarm to make this right. UPDATE: After dropping statefarm and moving to a different insurance company I was hit by a driver carrying statefarm insurance. This driver backed into my PARKED vehicle and statefarm is only accepting half responsibility of the accident. After several months of trying to get this resolved I have been forced to contact my lawyer. This company is clearly filled will shady employees who fail to call back, deny responsibility for accidents that are clearly theirs to pay for, and who get a kick out of pissing off customers (theres more than I cared to type). DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THESE PEOPLE. And pray you dont get hit by someone carrying their insurance.
