Best State Farm agents ever! Lived in Albuquerque for 4 years never had any issues and they are always helpful and professional. I moved to a different state and boy was I having so many issues with my agent. I called them back and they helped me even with issues in my new officeExcellent agents! I highly recommend them

Before working with Nancy Berch, I have few other agents from State Farm but I was not really happy with their services. Nancy and her staffs are always delivering exceptional services. Always go their way to make sure addressing all the concerns I have and support me in anyway they can.I’m an accountant so customer service is top priority to me and I can trust them to provide excellent services to anyone I refer to. I’m not sure how other insurance can offer you a better price, but If you look for a good agent to give you a good service. Definitely recommend Nancy Berch and her staffs.

My brother referred me to Nancy Berch a year or so ago and theyve been amazingly helpful, responsive, informative - above and beyond in so many ways! Whether Im calling with just a question on my policy, or if I need to make a change, if they cant answer the phone, I hear back within an hour. I saved money switching all my policies over to State Farm as well - so theres a bonus right there! No regrets on my choice! Im glad I made the call!

Nancy Berch and her staff have been very helpful and responsive for the 32 years Ive lived in Albuqueque. First it was just my automobile insurance but later they became our homeowners and liability insurer. Fortunately, weve never needed to make a claim but we feel very secure with recommended coverages, frequent review of coverages, and always rapid and pleasant responses to questions.

We receive excellent service from Nancy and her staff. They are straight forward and highly responsive with no game playing and no high pressure sales tactics. They make sure we get every bit of service that we are paying for in the products and policies weve purchased. Id highly recommend this agency.

State farm seems like a good insurance until you get a claim. I had a claim because someone tried to reprogram my computer in my car and they wont cover it because they said we dont have proof even though we do have proof. Im going to civils court.
