John and Margaret are more than insurance agents to me I call them friends.

This is not my insurance agent, this is my college-age daughters agent. John has helped us in the most out of ordinary ways, twice. Ive had John as my Insurance guy now for about 10 years total. Would never leave Allstate thanks to him, and the only way Id leave him is if I moved. Him and his team have always been there for me. I cannot reccomend this agency enough you wont be disappointed!

John Sinclair is one of the most arrogant, unprofessional and ignorant persons Ive ever met. Case and point, I rent an apartment Sinclair-Lujan Properties from this idiot yet the property can only be found through Allstate. Therefore my review has to be posted here. He is a liar and a slumlord. Ive read the reviews here and found similar experiences to mine. The only difference is Im not a customer of his through Allstate but I am rather a tenant at his Madeira Drive property. Not only does he ignore messages left concerning problems in my apartment or the property but he doesnt adhere to the laws set in place as a landlord/owner. He has no problem collecting rent each month and on time yet when called upon for repairs or matters hes require to address he makes excuse after excuse or refuses to respond. As an Allstate agent or landlord hes a disgrace and I wouldnt recommend him to an enemy.
